MSNBC host Joe Scarborough lashed out at President Trump on Saturday, saying the president was wrong to attack the mayor of San Juan for "poor leadership" amid hurricane recovery efforts in Puerto Rico.

"Poor leadership would be hiding at a country club golfing while fellow Americans are suffering and dying," Scarborough said. "She's not doing that. You are."

Why is he at a golf club while American citizens in Puerto Rico are in such a crisis? I'm shocked that he doesn't have enough sense to stay away from golf clubs during this crisis. This is the man who spent his time starting a war with the NFL over kneeling players after one of the worst disasters in history hit Puerto Rico.

Then he gets into a Twitter battle with the mayor of Puerto Rico where he accused them of not doing enough to help themselves. This is after the may of Puerto Rico literally begged in tears for help.

This is unimaginable level of callousness and incompetence.

Where should Trump be? Certainly not in Puerto Rico. They're facing a logistics nightmare and a presidential visit won't help. Scarborough and the rest of the whiners are completely off-base as usual.

Whereas the White House is prepping for his visit to the island on Tuesday and boasting that the trip will do the opposite of what you are saying. That it will HELP the island and bring awareness to the situation. The only one who isn't aware of the situation, apparently, is Trump. So he has to go there himself on Tuesday.

So Reinoe, I actually do agree with you here, only Trump doesn't. How does it feel that you aren't even trying anymore?

He should be playing golf, at his own course, bad-mouthing the mayor of a major American city during a crisis?

Just a guess.

He's busy in a Tweeter war with the mayor of Puerto Rico.

"The Mayor of San Juan, who was very complimentary only a few days ago, has now been told by the Democrats that you must be nasty to Trump," the President tweeted from his golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey, where he is spending the weekend. "... Such poor leadership ability by the Mayor of San Juan, and others in Puerto Rico, who are not able to get their workers to help. They want everything to be done for them when it should be a community effort."

In the series of early morning tweets, Trump again lauded the federal government's response on the island, which is still grappling with the devastating impact of Hurricane Maria. The President said that the 10,000 federal workers there are doing a "fantastic job."
"The military and first responders, despite no electric, roads, phones etc., have done an amazing job," he wrote. "Puerto Rico was totally destroyed."

Why would anyone take anything on MSNBC and their extreme case of TDS or what anyone on that network says with any seriousness in the least?
No, that'd be your own fault for baying any attention to them.

Sourdough has completely lost any credibility when it comes to Trump. If you want to see
ranting and raving about President Trump just watch morning Joe. Ever since he hooked up with Mika it's been down hill for his logical side.
And again for the millionth time the federal government has close to 20,000 personnel on the island. There are supply deliveries arriving around the clock.
Multiple airports have been reopened and multiple hospitals have been reopened. There have been thousands of rescues completed. The United States is
spending millions of dollars everyday to help Puerto Rico recover.

This piss poor narrative that Trump is not helping Puerto Rico is so full of holes. The media is trying their best to push this albatross of a story.
Bull **** like this from the media is why Trump is president today! More fake new folks!

This is not about Scarborough. The mayor of Puerto Rico was begging in tears for help but you're convinced the Trump administration is doing a great job. You're a true Trump worshiper.

You posted a link to sourdough? Now he has nothing to do with this? The Governor of PR says the federal government is doing a good job. You are a true Trump hater! That we know!

The mayor used to say good things about the job the government is doing too but it was just hopeful. It's like sending food to an elderly bedridden woman via UPS. How is she going to pick up the package? Now that days have gone by and people are desperate for water their tone has changed as it should.

You do realize that human beings can only go a few days without water, right?

In an interview on CNN, Long suggested that Carmen Yulin Cruz, the mayor of Puerto Rico’s capital city, has failed to connect with FEMA command center set up on the island to help with the relief effort.

“The problem that we have with the mayor unfortunately is that unity of command is ultimately what’s needed to be successful in this response,” Long told CNN’s Fredricka Whitfield.

“What we need is for the mayor, the good mayor, to make her way to the joint field office and get plugged into what’s going on and be successful,” he continued, adding that, “I think that’s the bottom line on that tweet.”

Everything that can be done for Puerto Rico is being done. End of story.

What else does Joe Sourdough expect him to do? Wave a magic wand? Sorry Charlie, but it doesn't work that way.

The response by the Trump administration to Harvey and Irma were exceptional. The same could be said about Puerto Rico if you take the governor's word and other mayors on the island with exception of the San Juan mayor who according to other mayors hasn't even bothered to show up to meetings at FEMA's command center. But what really is going on is the left with the help of some of the media are trying their damndest to turn Puerto Rico into Trump's Katrina.

You mean supplies are not stuck in ports? Hospitals weren't without enough fuel to run their generators? Trump didn't get into a personal squabble with officials in the midst of a crisis?

Are you saying the magnitude of the crisis is the same?

Where are Obama's angry Tweets accusing the people of Louisiana of not doing enough for themselves?

He seems to be saying Trump is a poor leader, just like Obama was a poor leader in his opinion.
