True, but it's not brazen hypocrisy to not care then, not care now, but still point out the hypocrisy of Team Trump.
99% true. I agree with you, but a strong argument can be made that prior failure to prosecute constitutes tacit approval. In other words, such actions were prosecutable until Comey's arbitrary standard of "intent" was imposed; i.e. it's not actually wrong now. The problem with "intent" is that it is fully subjective... And the people who decide right and wrong in this case is this administration.
I, for one, think that is a horrible way to practice justice.
