No Sticks Allowed but Don't Forget to Bring Your AK-47

Oh, so you'd say Slavs were "weak minded bitches" for opposing the monuments to the Nazis? Wonderful. What a lovely specimen of humanity you are.

Yep, same old tired Confederate talking points with the same glaring flaws.

How did you get that from what you quoted?

He was talking about whiny victim mentality snowflakes whining about misperceived oppression, not people who actually have the balls to stand up and fight genuine oppression.

Also, baselessly painting someone as a confederate while strawmanning them? Classy...

It does sound fishy but sticks and pepper spray are not protected by the 2A. ;)

I think they are actually. The assumption that "bear arms" only applies to guns is something pushed too hard by the NRA. "Arms" includes just about any weapon. It's the "well regulated militia" part that is preventing sticks and pepper spray.

I, like people like Charles Barkley, think that anyone is 'oppressed' by a statue and a practice that ended 150 years ago is only oppressed by their own pathetic minds. I also don't buy for a second any of the people shutting themselves over those statues see them as anything more than an opportunity to embrace victimization and foment hatred. Yourself included.

Jim Crow only ended in the 1950s...We finally got a Civil Rights Act in 1964, and even then Civil Rights laws weren't implemented to every state (especially the South) for many years later. Do you really think America until MAYBE the 1980's would have dared to question those statues? Especially when people of color were just beginning to get their rights? Don't give me that 150 year BS....

Literally his own words. He considers those who consider the Confederate flag to be a symbol of oppression as "weak minded bitches".

It's not "misperceived" oppression bud.

Considering that those were his own words, and that he's been shrieking about how those who don't worship the statues to the Lost Cause losers are the equivalent of the ****ing Taliban, if the shoe fits.....

Are you oppressed by a statue? Where do you live? What state? Are you in the south? How about the north? Maybe you live on the west coast. Every major city in the country...across the country...black Americans kill each other, rape each other, live in poverty, experience unemployment and illiteracy. **** your poutrage over a bunch of confederate war statues. If you are oppressed, go look in the mirror. You want someone to help you rise up? Go look in a different mirror. Bet you find the same person.

And yet, the fact remains that African Americans were denied their rights under the Constitution for another hundred years even after the Civil War ended. It took paratroopers to get kids to school in Little Rock. So no, despite what Barkley thinks I'd say there's plenty of reason to be upset.

How about those Jews? Are they "pathetic victims"?

Typical Confederate sympathizer, totally unable to grasp that people genuinely despise your beloved slaveocracy.

Whats 'insane' is that there are people still clinging to the lie that their objection to Confederate Statues is due to their existence as a symbol of oppression. Leftists have pretty much exposed themselves as liars on this subject over the last few months.

No, what's insane is denying that every confederate memorial is a monument to treason, traitors, losing and white supremacy.

Who in the hell wants to keep up participation trophies for losers?

At Richmond's rally Saturday in support of the city's Confederate monuments authorities are banning sticks and pepper spray, but guns are fine under the law. Also known as Insanity in America.

That's because the dumb-ass Antifa thugs have been using sticks and pepper spray to violate people's civil rights, but not guns. The point is to disarm the left's problem children.
