President Trump called on Congress to “legalize” DACA late Tuesday, just hours after his administration announced the repeal of the amnesty for children brought to the country illegally — promising that he will “revisit this issue” if Congress does not turn DACA into legislation.

It’s really simple, Congress has to decide ,,, which is the way it should be done!!!!

Maybe Trump should first decide if he's for or against the DACA
 
Lets face it, Obama's unconstitutional edict wasnt motivated by compassion or altruism. It was motivated by Politics and good on Trump for kicking it back to Congress

I think Obama was motivated by the fact that once those people were granted some sort of legal status he hoped it would be suicide for the republicans to remove it.

Hopefully they decide against it and ensure that a future president can't do the same thing Obama did.

Exactly! Great move.
 
It passed in the House and was killed in th Senate by the senator-turned-AG Sessions. Perhaps with him gone it'll now speed through.
