We see nothing like what happened in New Orleans. This is no surprise, Texans are heavily armed population
and kinda busy helping each other out . One looter shot in Houston and one looter shot in Corpus Christi....... that sent a message

if you think new orleans isnt armed to the teeth you are in another of your pretend worlds. there has been plenty of looting in houston and will get worse as waters recede. 40 arrested in Harris County for looting - Houston Chronicle how is it every thread you start is wrong?
