Calling All New Mexico FRIENDS

Perfect dramatization Jesse Booth.

Gotta say that post did crack a smile.

I would imagine poweRob is getting a full rundown on this before he respectfully posts ...

That's all I aim for when bad stuff happens - to crack a few smiles. I might not have a master's degree, and I might not be a veteran, and I might not have a history in politics, but there's one area that I can contribute my expertise to like few others on here, and that's comedic relief. Everyone on here is too damn stressed and angry these days, between the terrorism, the weather, and the fighting over Trump, and it's important that we lighten up from time to time.

Don't wear yourself out worrying about our friends, Winston. I'm sure they're all perfectly fine.

I'll be in your state as a retired person while wife is still teaching next month up in the Enchanted Curcle; after being in the Wasatch and High Uintahs in Utah with a stop there at Flaming Gorge also;

very excited to be vacationing in NM; you'll get to do this car driving vacation stuff in 40 or so years; enjoy your only adult journey, some call it your destination ;;;

You're coming to Georgia to retire? Which county?

I've taken the bypass east of SLC for years. Great roads up into the Wasatch from the east side. Staying in Park City for about a week. Can't wait to drive the High Uintahs loop 150. Looks like a great road east out of Logan also ...

Oops---saw NM for the OP. Younger brother was born on a USAF base in Georgia in the 50s. Planning in a few years to DRIVE The Appalachian trail from NE Alabama through your GA etc. to ME. Family in ME ...

Still could if you flew out to SLC in about 3 weeks ... :mrgreen:

Haha, I would love to. I know the Wasatch area well. But, I have school.

You only have one shot at college grades, your future fingerprints so to speak for your life's ambitions. Your transcripts will follow you forever.

Watch the courses ramp up in difficulty after the last drop date goes by. B's in everything and A's in what you can for the Dean's list must be a goal at the very least ...
