ANTIFA Cell in Philly : Our Enemies in Blue

Man, I really hope I don't end up in a position to say "I told you so," and this is just an isolated incident that dies down in short order.

Who would you say "I told you so" to?

The helping of criminals to escape isn't a good idea. We do need to rethink private prisons, however.

I wrote that before my video worked and I saw they were using violent imagery as what I can only assume was their idea of how they intended to achieve their goals. "Expropriating" private property is, by itself, open to interpretation. Throw in the use of violence and that ambiguity flies out the door.

Who would you say "I told you so" to?

Most likely no one - I'm rarely one to gloat about serious issues like political violence - but it would be an option with the various people who disregarded the potential problems of ignoring Antifa's violent streak. You and Ol'Nate stand out in particular as people who've butted heads with my fixation on the group before. I've been called paranoid and ridiculous on this issue (even by myself), and I have no problem with that assessment turning out accurate. In fact, I would hate to have been right about all this.

I wasn't thinking in terms of you feeling schadenfreude over this, I just don't know why you would even be in the position of telling me "I told you so." I went through Revolutionary Abolitionist Movement's website, and I don't see them being a party of Anti-fa, though I admit in advance I could end up being wrong about this.

The agendas on various institutions' websites tend to be surprisingly honest. White Supremacist sites are shockingly clear about their xenophobic principles, BLV is very upfront about their issue being that the state disproportionately kills black people, and even far right news sites are surprisingly transparent about their anti-liberal bias. Likewise, Anti-fa, though highly splintered, has been clear that their groups is open to all (yes, even communists and anarchists) but that their primary agenda is defying fascism. And RAM is completely upfront about its desire for revolution via violent means.

If you go too far down the "I know what they're really thinking" rabbit hole, you'll have eventually crossed the line at some point into conspiracy theory. If nothing else, you'll be committing the boring crime of painting an entire group by the actions of a few, which is done for really no other purpose than to shut down discussion.

Okay, maybe I am putting two and two together and getting 9-11, but I swear to God there's writing on this wall! I've seen a lot of violence out of Antifa, a largely ancap movement, and nobody but the conservatives seem to be worried about their joyful attacks on other people, even if their targets are literal Nazis - which many of the people who they've attacked haven't been.

And then, when a new ancom group shows up on the block, talking about fighting Nazis on their news page, there isn't an obvious connection to the Ancom & Pals Society that spreads primarily through spontaneous splinter cells?

The Antifa Atlanta group I linked you to before stated that their goal was a classless society in their status. Antifa International says that capitalism is inherently fascistic. Why is it so important to ride the #NotAllAntifas train? Why is it shutting down discussion when I raise concerns about the seeming disinterest in discussion from a large section of the political spectrum, specifically the one Antifa leans toward?

There's never any need to use the Daily Caller for information. The RAM site itself does use highly violent imagery, though. As I said, I wonder what Antifa has to say about this group.

I've found DC to be a reasonable source some of the time - not always. But then, I don't find many sites entirely reliable all the time. I haven't looked at RAM in any detail, so I don't know how strong their affiliation is with Antifa.

All Antifa are on the same level as KKK'ers and other scum. Actually, I put them more on the level of straight up terrorist.

Notice how they're calling it a "cell".

I'm not about to quantify exactly how deep the bottom feeders dwell. To know they're bottom feeders is enough. And I agree, they all are.
