White nationalists plan 'flash' demonstration in Lexington | Lexington Herald Leader

White nationalist groups might hold a flash demonstration in Lexington to protest moving two Confederate statues from the lawn of the former Fayette County courthouse instead of a publicly announced rally, according to an organizer.

Matthew Heimbach, chairman of a white nationalist group called the Traditionalist Worker Party, told the Herald-Leader last week that his group and others were planning a rally in Lexington to oppose the removal of statues in downtown Lexington. When asked this week whether he had picked a date for the event, though, Heimbach said it probably will be a “flash demo.”

He confirmed that he meant an event with no public announcement of the time or place.


Will there be dancing? That always draws a crowd... but kinda gay :2razz:

I think it was Molly Ivans who told the story of onlookers who mooned a KKK march in Texas. I think the good people of Lexington should be prepared to drop their drawers all around the courthouse lawn.

It will be interesting to see another flash mob without violence, like in Charlottesville Friday night. It's interesting how there only seems to be violence when Antifa is involved.

I never denied that, yet it's the only violence from the alt right that anyone can point to. Meanwhile, what happened in Berkeley? Multiple times. Why was there no violence the day before in Charlottesville? Why does Antifa think that property damage is okay? And why is our media defending them?

It's strange how he can't point to any violence by the alt right outside of one event of dubious circumstances, while I can point to plenty of antifa violence and calls to violence.

It's strange that you now move to "one" instance of indubitable occurrence. But you are a fascist who supports RT and Russian issues, so that is not unexpected after all.

You never denied, but failed to mention it while exonerating the far right of committing violence. Political motives ?
