There is growing discussion if the 71-year old Trump is stable or not. Maybe he is, maybe he is not. I am sharing with you this thing called narcissism.

In narcissism patients are the center of their world. They truly believe themselves to be special in every way, being boastful, name droppers, legends in their own minds. Their sense of self-importance and entitlements crowds out the needs, troubles, and feelings of others. They are haughty, high-handed, and feel superior to everyone else and expects them lower folks to show deference and admiration. Frequent disappointments follow when they and the world fail to live up to unrealistic expectations. Have you noticed Trump always lashing out especially at the press?

How we see the world and respond to it very much determines how the world sees and responds to us. Personality is an enduring pattern of thinking, feeling, interacting and behavior that is who we are. It provides the texture of our relationships with other people.

Normal personality traits become personality disorders when they become inflexible and make people unable to adapt to the needs of the moment.

The diagnosis of a personality disorder is made only if the resulting problems cause clinically significant distress or impairment. In looking at Trump's behavior especially of recents times I understand cause more people to wonder.

There is talk he has become more isolated as a president. Readers need to be aware that as a rich child he grew up in an environment where he was sheltered, even isolated and his upbringing reflects his behaviors of today. Thus this talk of his being unfit to be president.

The list of jobs with the highest rates of psychopathy
1. CEO
2. Lawyer
3. Media (TV/Radio)
4. Salesperson
5. Surgeon
6. Journalist
7. Police Officer
8. Clergy Person
9. Chef
10. Civil Servant

Notice #10. Government is filled with legitimate psychopaths. I believe you're correct that Trump is a narcissist, but that doesn't make him unique in any sense. How else can we explain Bill Clinton bombing Iraq, or the Bush/Cheney regime creating needless wars for the benefit of their shareholder pals?

You've lifted the lid on a can of worms that most Americans would prefer to leave tightly closed.

Got a link?

It appears that Government has less psychopaths than...well...just about everybody.

Trump not unique? Don't let him hear you say that.

Those who know him best definitely reflect a man looking for an audience and not one supportive and loving at all especially ones like ex wives with nothing to lose  Ever consider its a persona that served him well? If truthatallcost is right, he'd be swimming with some sharks might not want to appear a minnow if you like ot win or is liking to win narcissism now?

If you shoot a duck, I'm scared of toasters.

Halliburton's profits jumped 300% during the Iraq War. None of that mess was about 'freein' the hearts n' minds', or even WMDs.

So you think Bush started a war so he could give a contract to Haliburton to rebuild things?

I'd bet that was considered as a side benefit...you tell me, why were we there?

Why was Saddam given a green light basically by April Glaspie to go into Kuwait?

How to tell if you're in a mass hysteria bubble:

Which of the following propositions makes the most sense to you?

1. Pres. Trump, who successfully lead his business enterprises to make billions of dollars, interacted succesfully with thousands of people along the way, and successfully changed gears, taking up a new profession and succeeding in defeating 16 of the best people that the Republicans could offer and the front runner of the opposition party, has a debilitating personality disorder that by definition prevents him from functioning.

2. Pres. Trump's opponents, who have variously called him a clown, said he'd never win the election, said he is a Russian stooge, said he's a Nazi, and so on now have sunk to declaring that he's not mentally capable of holding office because he does things they don't like.

If you believe that #1 makes the most sense then you're most likely caught up in a wave of mass hysteria.

Of course, telling you this will do no good because your hallucinations with automatically re-write themselves to exclude contrary reality.

Start with your initial flaw. Bush did not award a contract to Haliburton. At all. The IDIQ was awarded during the Clinton administration years prior.

As for speculation on motivation...thats merely insinuation based on personal bias. I dont know, and neither do you.But I am pretty sure if you are blaming Haliburton, you have your Bush'es and Gulf Wars confused.

So you think Bush started a war so he could give a contract to Haliburton to rebuild things?

That's part of the reason. Remember that Dick Cheney was the most active and powerful Vice President we've ever had. He'd been CEO of Haliburton in the late 80's, and owned enormous amounts of stock in the company.

Bush's administration was full of pro-Israel Jewish Americans, who'd been vocal about invading Iraq since the 90's. They tried to lobby Bill Clinton into starting an Iraq war, but he refused. Iraq was one of Israel's biggest enemies at the time.

Bush had a personal vendetta against Saddam, due to the failed plot to assassinate George H W Bush.

Plus, the GOP loves starting wars for profit. They do this **** too often.

Halliburton is of course in the oil business, whatever else they provided might be considered a side benefit...they were huge back in the 70's and 80's when I used to call for their services...oil well cementing and frack job's...I'm sorry if I misled you as to who awarded contracts...how about we leave it at common interest?

I see you know enough about me to determine my bias but I like to think I picked up some insight over many years in the oil industry and lot's of study for debates on numerous forums...to be honest, I've been kicked off of both Liberal and Conservative sites...granted each catered to their extreme...lot's of fun.

Getting back to me and my understanding of the "wars"...you can chose to see it as numerous wars and by our definition we call it that way but our enemies see things differently...I do not disassociate Poppy's Iraq war...9/11...Junior's revenge in Afghanistan and a chance to show up the old man....back into Iraq to finish the job.

Nor do I discount any possible foibles attributed to either Wild Willie or the other guy.

Start with this basic concept...do you know how Poppy built up such a big coalition? The terms?
clue: Why did Stormin' Norman pull up 14 or was it 16 miles from Baghdad?
And leave Saddam in power...sanctioned...in a sad sort of way it cracked me up when Condi indicated her surprise at the deplorable conditions the Iraqi people were living in after we bombed the crap out of them...twice...Shock and Awe.
Perhaps she needed a history lesson about what we did to them...AYSM

Geeeeeee zus.

You are so all over the place its ****ing ridiculous. You ****ed up your Gulf Wars, your chronology, never mind who awarded what contracts and what role Haliburton even plays. Tell you what...how about we just call it quits. You are lost in a ridiculous hate fueled spin of rhetoric and conspiracy talking points.

And he bombed the WTC. And killed Kennedy.

I agree if you can't figure out the first one was Poppy's and the second one was Juniors...have a good evening.

It was a response to what truthatallcost said...actually, neither of us claimed Trump is a civil servant...in fact I don't see Trump as being very civil or of much service.

You really don't get it. Trump does what he is told, just like Obama, and Bush, and Clinton. The deep state is who runs this country.

:lamo You are the one that was so lost in your rhetoric and hatred that you got them twisted. You seriously arent worth the time.

You're telling me I don't get something that I haven't even addressed...

Between you and that other fool who has told me twice now he's done with me because he can't comprehend what I'm talking about, I think I shall move along...have a good evening
