I agree, Alex Conant hit the point squarely. The Trump administration is falling backwards on its ass.

"During a Tuesday news conference on infrastructure, Trump once again blamed both sides for the violence at a deadly white nationalist rally in Virginia. Trump needs to get over this episode as soon as possible so he can move on to talking about his agenda, former RNC press secretary Alex Conant said. "This is a big step backward," Conant said. "It puts Republicans in Congress and potential allies in corporate America in a very difficult situation."

Former RNC Chair Michael Steele agrees with the above. https://www.cnbc.com/2017/08/21/ex-...eele-this-fall-is-not-going-to-be-pretty.html

'This fall is not going to be pretty for Republicans,' ex-RNC chairman Michael Steele says
"The tension is already there on some big-ticket items ... the Senate is of one mind, the House is of another and the White House is on a completely different page," Michael Steele tells CNBC.
He says an added problem is Steve Bannon, who recently departed the Trump White House.
Bannon is now planning to use his role at Breitbart to "go after" those who have compromised the president's agenda, Steele says.

Steele points out that if Trump legislative agendas remain dead, the GOP will distance itself from in the election cycle next year.

"This is a big step backward," Conant said. "It puts Republicans in Congress and potential allies in corporate America in a very difficult situation."

This one sentence illustrates just how we really DO NOT have freedom of speech in western nations. Both of these highly influential bodies are hamstrung and they can't ever say what is right, accurate, honest, upright, ... . They have to pander to the herd.

Both sides were to blame for the violence. That's just a fact.

I would think, by now, there's no one left to be stunned. Hyperbolic perhaps?

No one will really speak the truth. Of course there are the limited few, measured against the grand scale of the US propaganda system.

Trump is an anomaly. No one thought that such a flaming idiot could ever get elected to such "high" office. Only in the USA!

Both sides were to blame for the violence. That's just a fact.

The fact that you're actually forgetting is that antifa is anti-fascist so there would be no antifa it there weren't fascists. You white nationalists are getting more desperate every day.

One Side showed up with the clear intent ...

How should you define intent?

Intimidation ...
How do you define intimidation?
A clear sign that someone is attempting to intimidate, is when they show up with Loaded Guns.
A clear sign that someone is attempting to intimidate, lighted torches, just ask Frankenstein.
A clear sign that someone is attempting to intimidate, chants about Jews not replace them ... kinda hits the mark.
A clear sign that someone is attempting to intimidate, Riot Helmets with White Supremacist symbols is a sure sign.

... now if you're on the other side of intimidation, you'll probably do what I normally do!
Never show up to a Gun fight unarmed ...
When fire is involved, bring liquids ...
Have a good counter chant to their chants ...
Never play Football without your Helmet ...

Assaulting people, rioting, damaging property and throwing urine on cops is the opposite of anti-fascism. Those people who call themselves antifa are not anti-fascist.

Trump is correct. Both sides are to blame. Its amazing how RINO and lib-tard scum like to act as though only one side is guilty of the violence. Yes racists are ****en scum. But so are the scum calling themselves ANTIFA who go around assault people, rioting, damaging property, throwing urine on cops and any other means they try to use to silence free speech.

Now it was Antifa waving Confederate flags and beating people up at the demonstrations in NC. Maybe the terrorist who drove his car into the crowd was Antifa as well.

No, antifa were the ones in black beating people up in NC.

The Alt Right antifa got their butts beat because they could not play nice.

The same thing happened during this last weekend.

The Alt Right simply is not as fierce as their antecedents in the Klan, the neo-Nazis, and the white nationalist who want an ethno-state.

Its funny how lib-tards keep saying but ANTIFA are anti-fascist as though that somehow makes it true. It amounts to someone joining the Nation of Islam or black panthers and saying they are anti-racist.

Then why did the Alt Right do all of that? Because they are fascist not anti-fascist.

I'm getting scared just looking at those pictures .... :lamo

A lot depends on selection of reading material. Their only bookmarked source is something like Salon sooooooo...
