“We are determined to take our country back,” Duke said from the rally, calling it a “turning point.” “We are going to fulfill the promises of Donald Trump. That’s what we believed in. That’s why we voted for Donald Trump, because he said he’s going to take our country back.”

Well, so much for the argument that Trump does not represent the White Supremacist class.

Duke has remained a faithful Trump supporter since then, insisting that the president-elect’s policies line up with the former KKK leader’s vision for America.

Yep. Slam Dunk. Donald is the Great White Hope.

Yep. Slam Dunk. Donald is the Great White Hope.

Hillary Clinton vaguely suggested some socialistic policies that could overlap with communism, but that doesn't make her a communist.

Just because some dude who believes there is an underground cabal of Jews running our politics says that Trump represents a portion of his cause, doesn't meant that Trump is a Nazi or white supremacist.

Black version of David Duke (Black Panther) endorse Obama on candidate's website

Also, this is relevant......how?

David Duke KKK likes Trump

Black version of David Duke and Black version of KKK the Black Panther Party likes Obama

Let's see. Accusations, guilt by association and a liberal portion of racial tension. I rate the bait an 8.

But Obama is not the president. Who likes or doesn't like a former president is not relevant to who likes or doesn't like the current president.

... But Hillary Clinton ... Made it on the first reply to the OP ...

Obama is still the president? Who knew?

Also, this is relevant......how?

It's a demonstration of the idiocy of guilt by association. David Duke is also really pro-Palestine. Does that mean everyone who is pro Palestine is the same as David Duke?

They liked him WHEN HE WAS PRES and not a peep from u about it

His post is simple: GOP deflection false-equivalency ...

That's because a PEEP was not necessary. Your desperate trumpistani deflection to Obama is noted and dismissed ...

I could've used any leftist politician. The name doesn't fundamentally matter.

The real problem you will encounter is that the media thinks black racism is acceptable. This translates into good fodder for the left and those who think you should not equate the two.

As someone on the outside looking in at the Ds and Rs, I don't understand how white supremacists (sic) can align themselves with Trump when Trump is surrounded by so many people connected to the Council on Foreign Relations (formerly the arch nemesis of the whites - especially those on the right and espousing constitutional viewpoints.)

I could've used any leftist politician. The name doesn't fundamentally matter.

This OP is not about leftist politicians. You're not alone among far rightists in this thread in understanding that .

They liked him WHEN HE WAS PRES and not a peep from u about it

Because unlike you, I don't feel the need to pretend that these people have valid points. Because they don't.

His post is simple: GOP deflection false-equivalency ...

Really Nim, how is it a false equivalence? If black racists supported Obama, why is Obama completely separate from blame, while Trump isn't?

It's a demonstration of the idiocy of guilt by association. David Duke is also really pro-Palestine. Does that mean everyone who is pro Palestine is the same as David Duke?

Well, I think it's less that he's "pro Palestine" and more that Muslims are ranked slightly above Jews on his racial hatred list.

The fact that David Duke thinks that Trump offers things of substance to his movement is rather concerning.

Eh, you're just anti Trump so any attack, suggestion, innuendo about him (and likely his voters as well) will be supported by you. Be honest, am I right?

Also both Volsrock and Tigerace117 were not on the forums. So we couldn't hear a peep from either of them

so you want Trump to be like Obama

Actually that's getting to be another talking point.

Typically a conversation goes like this.
Trump did this.
So What? So did Obama. (then they highlight something that isn't really worse than what Trump did)
How does that make Trump better than Obama which is what you were just arguing?
