I cant say for certain but I would not be surprised if this guy has the belief that the vast majority of white people are racists.

I don't see "white racists" anywhere in his paper. I think it is being used as a "trigger word" in the article to stoke anger. In the paper Abed defines genocide a little differently than the ordinary definition. He writes, "...genocide is not a species of mass murder that involves the intentional destruction of national, ethnic, racial, and religious groups...", and "...genocide is typically a process that consists of a number of policies that undermine the existence of a group in different spheres of human activity."

One of the examples he uses, which is probably what "white racists" is referring to, is the destruction of the slave culture dominant in the south during the Civil War. He views that as a morally required genocide. Read the paper.

Guilty as charged. I have not read the paper. If its as you portray it being i find that to be more of a oraticle observation of the results of group think more than an advocation. Kinda like dog breeders breeding out undesirable qualities in a dog. Societal standards operate similiarily.

Because the majority of leftists agree. Like the majority of muslims, so-called "moderate muslims," never or rarely speak out against their own or condemn acts of violence. Your right though, it is a shame. But that's the world that has created and the left seem quite content at forcing others to bend the knee instead of calmly and rationally sitting down like adults and having a debate and coming to an agreement where both sides are somewhat satisfied. Back in the day they called it compromise.

Well, after a touch of research, it turns out I was right, it is taken out of context. He uses a nonstandard definition of genocide, and is talking entirely theoretically, saying that in all of history there is no example that does actually justify genocide, but that it was possible it could happen.
