As someone who has to live and eat by the label (I eat mostly paleo now tho) This deal stinks to me. I need to know what's in my food before buying it lest I get sick from the preservative I am allergic to.

I completely agree. American fast food is popular in China account of the food actually being safe. We are shipping chickens to china for processing and shipping them back to the US. This crap shouldnt be allowed.

Many people in this county get deceived as well because of the "packaged in the US" labels even though the food actually comes from out of country.

There should be NO reason that we shouldn't be allowed to know where our food comes from.

Not requiring such labeling information is not the same as banning it. It would seem prudent (and profitable?) for US (only) meat producers to label their products as being US raised and processed.

Will not be labelled =/= banned, but it's still should be concerning to people.

I'm not into the pro-labeling movement from the pro-NGO groups who want to put misinforomation and even more labels on food, but removing the labels we already have is something I am against as well. Because I need to know some information.

I agree some of the labeling is BS, but labeling to show whether your food is coming from the US or another country I think should be mandatory.
