Mueller Impanels Grand Jury in Russia Probe

I didn't say he said it. I asked if he said it. If he did, I don't know why he would say it.

You simply "don't know". Be quiet when you don't know, it helps your credibility. Of course, you are never quiet.

Wow... and obvious lie to cover up your previous lie. You flat out stated that he said it.

That's kinda what I thought when he said it.

I don't see the words "I think" or "Maybe" or anything like that. You locked yourself in with no wiggle room. Own it.

Boy, I'm going to remember this assinine post. :lamo

In that other thread, why did we vote against the Liberals? Before you ask yourself that question again, think back on the assholish posts in this thread.

How long before Trump fires Sessions and Mueller?

Remember, grand jury means subpoenas.

Ouchie ouchie pie pie.

BREAKING: Grand jury subpoenas have been issued related to June 2016 meeting between Donald Trump Jr., Russian lawyers and others

I wonder why Coulson said it.

He didn't. He said Mueller " will investigate as long as there is something there to investigate and when it’s over he’ll close it" - then the guy, who hasn't worked for the FBI for twenty years, simply made a guess.

Actually, he did say it:

"Bob Mueller will not let it go on and on. He will investigate as long as there is something there to investigate and when it’s over he’ll close it,” he said. “I would say it will probably take three months or so.”

Coulson, who has worked with Mueller, said he will work with the same agents who initially handled the case.

Wow. You really have trouble with the written word.

Do you know what a guess is?

Here's one: “I would say it will probably take three months or so.

Ok. I guess you have a fetish for me pointing out how you get busted lying.

And that first sentence you quoted from Fox News is very deceptive. Danny hasn't worked for the FBI for 20 years, nor is he working with Mueller.

But that's Fox for ya.

I am not sure if Mueller or Coulson said this words ” he said. “I would say it will probably take three months or so.” based on how it was written it seems to be a quote from Coulson and not a quote of Mueller from Coulson.

"The 2nd grand jury suggests there is a long-term, large-scale series of prosecutions being contemplated & pursued."

Or that Mueller wants the results of the investigations to be incontroversially legitimate.

Or that Mueller wants the results of the investigations to be incontroversially legitimate.

That's my estimation on this and the "hiring the best laywers/pure breed hunting dogs" in the other thread. He simply wants to ensure it's done the best that can be conceived. I think the rest is wishful thinking. They will find some improper stuff, maybe even slap a charge on one of his former staff (Paul?). But enough to prosecute...I think will not be much. These types of crimes don't leave smoking guns because they don't require them in the first place.

In the summer of 2016, US intelligence agencies noticed a spate of curious contacts between Trump campaign associates and suspected Russian intelligence, according to current and former US officials briefed on the investigation. James Comey, in his Senate testimony, said the FBI opened an investigation into Trump campaign-Russia connections in July 2016. The strands of the two investigations began to merge.
In the months that followed, investigators turned up intercepted communications appearing to show efforts by Russian operatives to coordinate with Trump associates on damaging Hillary Clinton's election prospects, officials said. CNN has learned those communications included references to campaign chairman Paul Manafort.
