Lies about the Mexican president calling about the border and lies about the Boy Scouts calling to congratulate him on his speech are just the latest. Why does he do it since it can be so easily disproved and they always are lies about those who are willing to disprove them. I just doesn't make sense to me. I think it is actually beginning to lose him his base if the polls are to be believed. Can any of you make sense of the lies he tells? Does he actually believe his own lies? Is he delusional? You tell me.

Don't misunderestimate Trump for his ability to misremember things. ;)

Besides the obvious 'false facts' that Trump spews, Trump is learning to be a great politician; defined as being for all three sides of any issue yet somewhat against it.

There are plenty of false "facts" being used against trump also

All the liberals can do is bash trump on style points because on substance he is eating their lunch

I don't get it! DJT is all over the map. No strategy that I can figure out. Tomahawks in Syria, MOAB in Afghanastan, No trans in the military, out with Jeff Sessions, shake up upon shake up in the WH, "stretching the truth" in seemingly trivial matters. Battles with Congress. The only constant is a quiet stance on Russia even when called out by the Prime Minister (I think that's his title). If you see a pattern, clue me in! Billy Joel should write a song!

Occam's Razor: Trump is an habitual and compulsive liar.

I have to disagree with that (bolded above) assertion. Trump often lacks substance as displayed by his many, often conflicting, comments about what is an acceptable PPACA replacement. This is also born out by his approval/disapproval poll ratings. While I am willing to give Trump the benefit of the doubt when there is some doubt, I am not willing to accept being told that "taking care of everybody" is not more expensive than PPACA or that tax cuts will pay for themselves using some bogus projections.

Ted Cruz stated it pretty clearly.....

Ted really unloads around the two minute mark.
