Mueller Brings Foreign Bribery Expert Onboard

And in the meantime, 45 still hasn't signed the sanctions bill.

I admire how well Mueller is keeping it all under wraps. That's professional. But dammit hurry up already Mueller.

I want this to be a death of a thousand cuts to Donald Trump.

Maybe he'll do the country a favor.

Actually, I think an argument could be made for it being hyphenated in print.

But regardless, the point was that she used an ambiguous phrase. Something that is far too common for Trump and his administration, and I believe it's done purposely.

They've taken "ambiguous" to new levels!

LIBERALS - WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!

Trump's inability to get anything done is the only thing that is preventing the Republicans from ramming through a health care bill that will destroy hundreds of thousands of lives. It might happen anyway, but having America's first President who has been a criminal for decades is the silver lining in unfortunate events that led to Clinton's nomination. This is not something to celebrate. But I do understand it because he's such a terrible, terrible person.

Forgive me, I spoke to soon from something I saw earlier today.

It's from Claude Taylor, so I have a very high degree of certainty that it's solid, but it was NOT the NY AG announcing it. My bad.

That's what Preet Bharara was investigating as NY AG... and probably why Trump fired him. The other fired AGs were window-dressing. Preet was the one he needed to get rid of.

I do doubt the rest of the NY AG's office dropped the matter, though.

That is, most likely, exactly why that happened.

It pains me that the COI quotient would be too great for Mueller to hire him, but he can likely do more good as a talking head while the investigations go on.

Since it seems to have escaped your notice, other pressing issues can be addressed at the same time that the investigations are being carried out. No money time and focus are being wasted.

Seriously? You don't think the media and much of Washington is consumed with either bringing down the Trump Presidency or simply ridiculing it? You don't think Congressional committees, in both houses, aren't wasting untold dollars and time pursuing scandals they hope and pray exist?

Maybe it escaped your notice, but most politicians, regardless of ideology, are terrible multitaskers, so no I don't think other pressing issues are being properly nor adequately addressed. But you are entitled to disagree.

If it does, good. Let them follow it, where it may.

But right now the imminent danger is that of a potential interloper in the White House running the country. That's our most pressing danger. The Clinton's aren't going anywhere. You seem to say the bolded as if this is a sporting event, or team competition. It's not.

I said the bolded because those on the left should be careful what they wish for - chum up the waters and the sharks may feed on everyone.

His team is now up to, what, 18 people? That's indicative to me that they're in it for a longer haul (which is good).

Not only that, but the NY AG announced today that he's investigating a Trump property in NYC as a Russian money laundering operation.

This isn't looking good for Trump.
Yep, follow the money.

Seriously, no, I don't. No money, time and focus are being wasted.

OK.

This may be the best thing that happened to our government, in recent memory.

Start with the Trump's, get to the Clinton's, follow with any other dirty scoundrels, and clean house! Take a solid tour through the House & Senate too, and don't forget K Street!

THAT, is how you drain that swamp! Fill the prisons with the stagnant water!

Fugget! Mueller for President! I'm in!

And let's dig into what Obama was up to, while we're at it.

LOL! It would be interesting to see his resumé.

You and I seem to be thinking along the same lines regarding where the Mueller investigation may lead. I would be hard pressed to believe that the Russians sought only Donald Trump to blackmail. Hillary could damn well be snared in the net.

They might be looking into the Uranium One deal.

Just another reason we need to demand that monied interests start picking better people for us to vote for.

I am amused by this line of reasoning because of the general responses of Dems/liberals to it.

Almost without exception the response is "fine, go for it".

I thought there was a wetlands elimination project going on.

It is done purposely.

Communications professionals all learn this and a bunch of other techniques at porcine cosmetology school.
