Sure.......I agree.

Anytime manufacturing jobs are lost.......people start to rob and shoot each other in huge numbers and kill any cops that may show up to try and stop the mayhem.

It's all about manufacturing jobs.

Before manufacturing jobs there was no civilization......only chaos.

Isn't it obvious that blacks cannot be trusted to govern? Obama made all the tough decisions with the white half of his brain. Word is he had white guys edit the law review at Harvard for him. And look at Jackie Robinson: he was a republican, for crying out loud... Could he get any dumber than that?

I don't know about the Mayor resigning, but I do appreciate when activist groups point out double-standards in government wherever they may be.

Minorities have been getting killed relentlessly by police and the numbers just keep rolling in. It's time that people stand up.

Really what needs to happen is that the police force needs to be rooted out for its rotten, psychopathic hiring process, as well as its culture of silence and denial.

Wait, let me get this straight.

The police are the bad guys......rotten psychopaths even.

And the thugs trying to kill the police are the good guys........and we have to join with the good guys and kill the police so we can live free and be safe and happy.

Thank God we have visionary people like you to lead us.

Thus our Western Civilization is sure to continue in great success and prosperity.

Do you ever write responses that are based in the reality of what was said?

You can't take what I said and make it represent the other half of a thought process that I was never part of.

Clearly police are a necessary part of governance but there's no denying that there is a psychopathic element at work which results in cases in wanton police violence. It should definitely be rooted out. There are more than enough high profile cases now to demonstrate this.

Brainwashed by the Media, you actually believe there are "more than enough" high profile cases to demonstrate wanton police violence driven by a psychopathic element.

Fascinating. How many of these cases? One? Two? Three? When police arrest thousands of people every day?

It's not harmful to call for the people of a Democratic Republic to do their due diligence in monitoring state power and calling for constant appraisals of the rights and liberties of the individual. It can never be harmful to reassert our constitutional rights and ensure that they are being upheld by those who we grant the power to protect the general public.

Police with a quick trigger finger either due to their personality profile or due to the way they were trained are a sign of police departments whose internal hiring process needs reform. You can easily peruse the Bureau of Justice Statistics to see that as of 2015 arrest related deaths are occurring in the hundreds MONTHLY in the U.S. Compared to other western countries, the numbers are very high.

When you read the statistics on which ethnicities tend to receive the brunt of police violence, it's very telling.

You may disagree with that, but to say that I've been brainwashed or that this subject is not worth discussing is actually far more dangerous to the Republic than anything I could've put forth.

No, it's not "telling" at all.

The "ethnicities" (as you put it) receive the brunt of police violence because they are more involved in crime and they tend to resist arrest more often........probably because of the false narrative of which I spoke.

Does you link tell you about that?

Clearly there are many who disagree, hence the riots and mass activist action.

And I don't deny that it's not cut and dry. I'm sure there are socioeconomic factors at work, but there is also major racial bias at work. The whole things needs overhaul.

Don't blame the cops for socioeconomic factors. They're just trying to keep the victims of said factors from killing each other.

The cops probably have good reason to be psychotic, but they're not.........those that must work with the "ethnicities" you mention.......they do a great job 99% of the time in almost impossible circumstances.

Yeah, you should be working on the socioeconomic factors rather than namecalling good cops.

And yeah, judging from some of the comments here........working on the socioeconomic factors is not nearly as much fun as attacking cops.

A lot of folks need to rethink what they're doing.
