The Republican Party has lost the People of Color and Women's vote forever.

From the exit polls:
Most Latinos voted Democrat, and have done so for a long time. Even Trump's massive outreach efforts couldn't get the majority over to the GOP.
Most Asians have turned Democrat, after being a long-time traditionally Republican voting block.
African Americans are so overwhelmingly alienated from the GOP it's not even funny.
No matter how you cut it, the people of color vote has gone Democrat, by majority.
Muslim Americans also went Democratic, having shifted away from the GOP.

Now the majority of women also are voting Democrat.

People of color births outnumber white births.
Babies Of Color Are Now The Majority, Census Says : NPR Ed : NPR

There is an ongoing myth that the GOP will ever recover these votes. That myth has died a brutal credibility death in the age of Trump.

The math cannot be refuted - future trends show that only voter suppression can save the Republican Party from demographic oblivion.

The problem is will America survive until it is free from the GOP?

And be left with what? Permanent one party Democrat rule? How's that working out for ya when the Democrats got majorly bitchslapped since 2010. The ones who won't recover are the Communist Democrats, thank God for that.

Again, this is due to the white vote. When they're no longer the majority there won't be a GOP. There won't be anything left to "bitchslap" the Democrats. Unless you have demographical numbers to contradict what I cited above.

That's the problem with Conservatives - all talk, no facts.

"We dont need to get better, demographics will make us a winner one day" is outrageous in its negligence.

That people who largely view themselves as the bestest humans who have ever walked the Earth buy this sham is something to cry over.

The GOP has typically been the smaller Party ever since the end of the Post-Civil War Reconstruction era...or thereabouts. :unsure13:

Yet strangely, they still win State and National elections. Go figure. :shrug:

We already have "Being better" down. All Republicans have is voter suppression and Gerrymandering at this point. That's their winning strategy. And it's a doomed strategy.

Like I said, they win with Gerrymandering and voter suppression.

The voter numbers don't lie. Without the white vote there is no GOP. Care to refute that?

How can you you talk of changing voting trends and then just assume that they will stay the same until demographic change? You realize, that whites won't be a minority until 2060, right? That estimate is of course assuming a lot of things stay the same that likely won't.

Nah, the projections have moved up to the 2040s. As for changing voting trends, the GOP's pattern of demonizing EVERYONE who's not a rich white hetero male and then saying "b-b-but the white genocide" is ensuring that a return to the GOP is a delusional fantasy at best.

TL;DR - it's later than you realize, keep dreaming about a reversal in trends.

You can't refute the exit poll data, you can't refute the demographic change data.

Nothing I said was hack speech. I used data, irrefutable data. Uneducated people like you counteract with insults.

The projections were based largely on immigration numbers staying high, which they have not done. Also, no it has not moved up, but back due to immigration numbers decreasing. What you're really doing here and likely not realizing it is hoping that people south of the border can't make a living in their home countries and move here. So really, what you're doing is supporting poverty for political gain.

No doubt nominating and electing Trump has awoken a sleeping giant--and it's pissed. With this Russian criminal investigation--it's going to be a very long time before the Republican party gets a foothold into credibility and trust again.

For the first time in this nations history, the President elect had to barricade himself into the Trump tower, and his method of communications was reduced to a Tweeter account.
