'Fox & Friends' Walks Back Debunked Report About James Comey | HuffPost

So, how many F&F people will resign over this?

please don't let it be douchey; he epitomizes faux news

now, when is tRump going to offer a public apology to Comey?:
The president recommitted to attacks on James Comey on Monday, claiming the former FBI director acted illegally in leaking their private conversations.

"James Comey leaked CLASSIFIED INFORMATION to the media. That is so illegal!" Donald Trump tweeted Monday.

Prior to sending the tweet, the president tweeted a "Fox & Friends" clip discussing a new report from The Hill that says "more than half of the memos" Comey wrote recalling conversations he had with the president about the Russia investigation had been "determined to contain classified information." ...

InB4 "the left did it too! (therefore it's ok and/or you're not allowed to post about it and/or my fingers are in my ears, can't hear you, nyah nyah nyah!)

Not surprising. This is what one is asking for if one watches anything calling itself "news" on TV.

Interesting.

My takeaway: Fox has publicly walked-back several stories recently, since the shake-up! Ailes never did that! I see this as a good thing.

Now it will be interesting seeing Hannity's take on this tonight, since half his show was spent beating on this very subject!

How in the world can you sit through a Hannity show?

I think it is a good thing as well. I much prefer accuracy to partisan guesswork from either side.

Yep.

I have no problem hearing legit conservative commentary on accurate reporting.

I was telling the wife last night. Hannity would have been sooo much better off if Hillary had won. It's hard to play defense when the offense is on the attack. And, he really sucks at it.

After watching last night, I could really see he is the last old guard anachronism of the new Fox, hanging on to the past.

When he had O'Reily singing the same song to the masses an hour earlier, they seemed to congeal a bit. Carlson hasn't really been able to make that work, so now Hannity seems kinda' off on his own, way out there.

Hannity also didn't back-off when Fox recently retracted the fake story of the DNC murdering Seth Richards. So it will be interesting seeing where he goes tonight after today's Fox retraction.

I couldn't watch last night I was busy watching grass grow. Priorities don't you know priorities.
