Nowhere in your really stupid article did it ever say what the headline purports. What a hack site.

6 people were in that meeting. Trump, Tillerson, Putin and that other russian guy that trump invited to the oval office and two interpreters. Your article quotes none of them. In fact, Trump says he pressed Putin, Tillerson said they didn't discuss much about the past and Putin pretty much is acting like he made trump his bitch. The latter is the most likely scenario.

Probably because Trump downplayed Russian involvement in the 2016 U.S. election interference at his press conference in Poland two days ago just prior to Trump's trip to Germany to meet with Putin. Trump's words, "Maybe it was Russia, maybe it was other people, we just don't know". Trump might have brought up the 2016 election, but I doubt he had any harsh words to Putin about it. No crow-eating is in order, in my opinion.
