Sadly these scenarios are repeated millions of time all over the country. These people have had the entitlement mentality drummed in their heads over years by liberals and liberal policies. I'm sure this mother will impress upon her children to live off the taxpayers as well.

Um breaking a finger would require active thought and the pain along with that. Last I checked, unless maybe somehow YOU are doing it wrong, sex is quite pleasurable. You're comparing apples to cars.

Poor people will take advantage of the welfare system, however they are the minority and no one including Liberals condone "welfare queens." Conservatives will argue too many are taking advantage so eliminate it all...Liberals argue that it helps millions of honest Americans and the system helps too many Americans to just simply eliminate it. So the debate continues, the argument remains...

What the video doesn't say is how much she is getting....She is hardly "raping" the government.

Raping the government would be corporate welfare in the billions....

I have no practical knowledge if welfare, and live in one of the lowest paying states.

So I'm blown away by the apparent benefit amounts in the high paying states. If indeed accurate?

Yeah, but regardless those rates in the N.E. are pretty damn high. I had no idea welfare pays that well. No matter how you care to justify it.

Oh I'm not justifying it. I guess it came across that way. Those rates are gross but the Higher cost of living is a contributing factor.

Yeah, I wasn't aware there were states paying in excess of the equivalent of $20+/hr!

When you consider the average family income in the country is around $50K ($25/hr), and the majority of welfare funds come from individual payroll taxes, it puts it into perspective.

As it turns out, it is red states that are overwhelmingly the Welfare Queen States. Yes, that's right. Red States — the ones governed by folks who think government is too big and spending needs to be cut — are a net drain on the economy, taking in more federal spending than they pay out in federal taxes. They talk a good game, but stick Blue States with the bill.​

Because the statement contains some element of truth but ignores critical facts that would give a different impression, we rate it Mostly False.

There are welfare queens on both sides. The way to fix it is to make it harder for these people. Maybe instead of doling out money, they dole out food. It's harder for methheads to buy meth with food, than it is money.
