Has our world situation gotten better under Trump? Are we safer as Trump promised? Has the loss of jobs gotten better as Trump promised? Are we more respected as Trump promised? Is this president more respected?

Yes it's gotten much better. The rest of the world knows that they won't be sucking American tax-payers dry to fund their own sloth and indolence.

Our credibility has taken a huge hit, and countries around the world are starting to realize that America is no longer the leader of the free world and shouldn't be treated as such. Trump really embodies our worst qualities and matches pretty much every negative stereotype the rest of the world has about Americans.

I wonder how ignorant one has to be to think the rest of the world is composed entirely of parasites just trying to suck the wealth and success away from pure blooded, god fearing Americans.

The rest of the world no longer expects us to be their doormat to the chagrin of the liberals who want to run the country into the ground. I say let the rest of the world kiss our asses.
 
That is about the dumbest thing I have read on this board in a while. If we don't lead the world who does, China, Russia, who? We have become a laughing stock with this dumbo in charge. NO one rally fears us anymore as they know the leader is a blowhard. We are the doormat of the world, or at least heading in that direction.

America's increased isolationism under Trump is a threat to our national security can't really be anymore obvious than that

The world is so concerned about security that they've done next to nothing to fight ISIS. WOW! Those are allies I want in a fight!

We aren't safer but we certainly have improved our standing in the world, not that I really care about that standing.
 
How has our standing in the world gotten better, name one thing. It seems to me that the whole world is not only laughing at the Pres and our country for electing him, but now considers us a second class world citizen. They seem to see both China and Germany as the world leaders. It seems to me that we in no way have improved our world standing. even the North Koreans are giving us the finger. And the fact that Trump continually is seen as kissing Putin some where that I won't mention hasn't improved our position.

It seems like Trump is working with international partners to change long term paradigms for the benefit of the USA.

I'm not sure that safety is a do-able thing anymore. The oceans just ain't the barrier they used to be.

Unemployment is even lower than it was when Trump took office.

Illegal Immigration is way down. That might indicate something...

Half of the country had no respect for Obama. That half has more respect for Trump.

The other half of the country is suffering the angst formerly held by those that have become happy.
 
They only nations he is working with are the ones with dictators. Unemployment has been going down for eight years and Trump hasn't been in office long enough or done anything to change the downward path of unemployment. Illegal immigration has all so been going down for a long time under Obama. It seems that only about 34% think anything of Trump while almost 60% think a lot of Obama. The only ones smiling now are the wealthy who see Trump and the GOP has the ones to make them richer so they can soon own all of our wealth rather than just 90% of the nations wealth.
