I am not quite sure, which action you mean concerning the Trump entourage to be in any way comparable. I've read a lot about the Russian Connection but seen nothing proven so far that would demand more than a traffic ticket.

Right now? Manafort hid $15M in payments for his "lobbying" in Ukraine on behalf of the Russians. Flynn hid his efforts on behalf of Turkey. Trump and Kushner have loans from banks tied to Russian oligarchs which have been accused of laundering their money.

Damning stuff, IMO.

Laundering might be a problem as would tax evasion. But neither are really what the bleating about a "Russian Connection" has been about and not a thing of treason but quotidian white collar crime.

Well...an investigation into a property development led to discovering a blowjob which then resulted in an impeachment. Funny how this stuff works.
