I never said one word about the President, I just pointed out a glaring example of someone doing exactly what was mentioned. I fell like you think that anyone not suffering from a severe case of TDS is worshiping at an altar to Pres. Trump in their basement. That speaks about your TDS, and nothing about me.

At the onset, let me make it clear that this post is NOT intended for the Trump "hero worshipping" crowd; the group of Trump supporters who think pro wrestling is real; or the group of Trump supporters who erroneously believe that electing a wealthy president will somehow translate into making them wealthy as well. This group (however many or few) that may reside here should be concerned - if not enraged - at how the WH is now holding the WH daily pressers. These partial (no video) or total (no audio or video) "blackouts" are simply a threat to our democracy and something that would cause our Founding Fathers to turn over in their graves. This isn't about "shaking up DC". This is an enhanced version of the same ego driven, strong arming that Nixon tried and failed at miserably. This is about Trump foolishly believing that he "owns" America like a piece of real estate property and can do anything that he wants. As long as Trump hears "glowing" remarks, his fragile ego is fine. Once the remarks turn "unflattering", the same fragile ego reacts negatively. Much like the spoiled "sore loser" that takes his ball and goes home.

There is little doubt in the minds of most reasonable folks that had Obama tried a stunt like this, the R's would have screamed "CENSORSHIP" from the top of the Washington Monument. For some reason (and we ALL know what the reason really is) the R's remain conspicuously silent on this matter.

The above said, what say you reasonable Trump supporters? Are you willing to put country before party and declare that this action by Trump runs counter to the principles of the free press, or will you simply remain silent as well?
