The science of persuasion.

Ten billion dollars a year not counting those in direct employ.

They wouldn't be making that much if it didn't work.

Every political speech and press release wouldn't be written by a practitioner.

Excellent comment. We have to accept that some people have been so brain poisoned by far right wing politics and ideology that they are now incapable of seeing reality on any issue which threats the right wing political agenda.

I don't see how they did a THING to "undermine American democracy" until . . . a certain political side . . . started screaming to the rafters that the "election had been hacked" after they lost, and hasn't let up yet.

They dumped some propaganda into the mainstream. They also dumped some fairly juicy true information into the mainstream. But there's not a shred of evidence, not one iota, that anything they did turned votes or affected the outcome. They didn't hack any votes. They didn't hack anything but a very poorly-secured DNC.

Yet that . . . certain political side . . . insists they did, that they actually "hacked the election," and have been trying to overturn that election ever since, in myriad ways.

THAT is what undermines American democracy.
