There were articles suggesting this same thing in April and in May. He hasn't said any such thing himself.
Sure he is looking old. I do think that both he and Ginsburg are pretty much there. Ginsburg is about 3 1/2 years older. I'm pretty certain within the next couple years they will both be retiring.
 
Tired of anonymous sources. I'll believe it when is announced officially.

Sounds like a dog whistle to me considering he's raising the myth of Roe being overturned. Maybe encouraging more leftist violence directed at people they don't agree with?

The conservative Anton Scalia was replaced by conservative Neil Gorsuch

The only logical replacement for a moderate like Kennedy is a another moderate like Merrick Garland.

The entire legitimacy of the court and our system of government is in jeopardy at this point. Be careful what you wish for.

An outgoing generation imposing through a stacked court a government that is untenable to a growing majority -- that's a recipe for long-term strife. Add in the specter of Russian meddling in our election, and we're setup for something terrible.
