We, the Nation, just suffered Millions in un-needed expenses, and months of holding back progress of the new Presidential Administration, because of the LIE of Ommision told by dozens in the MSM, and the power circles of Washington D.C...
That LIE being the TRUTH about the FBIs Russian Election Investigation.
Sessions and Comey's under oath testimony made it clear, everyone in D.C. knew that Trump as NOT being Investigated about Russian-Election-Collusion... but they said nothing, committing a LIE by Ommision, to keep that MSM fabricated story going.
I believe the MSM would have Lied to U.S. about this story, the Kevin Patrick Mallory information selling, by simply not telling U.S. about it, if it hadn't been picked up by the Fringe Media, and once the story was out there, and people began digging, then the MSM had to cover it!
That is the Function of the Fringe Media.
Hundreds of People knew, but never said, that Trump as not under investigation!
That is WHY I recently posted a Story about Clint Eastwood having died! I made that post, pointing out in the OP, it was likely a hoax, because I wanted to show to everyone on the forum, just how much energy and effort the Lefties on the forum would put into deriding someone who puts up a questionable story... as long as exposing the false story meets their agenda!
The people of this forum were Ohhh-so-Quick to investigate the Truth about Clint Eastwood... yet how many threads have their been claiming that Trump-Impeachment-for-Russian-Collusion was just moments away!?
But, the whole Russian Collusion story... now that was a juicy un-Truth, accepted a repeated for MONTHS, but anyone of dozens of public officials who knew, could have simply told U.S. the TRUTH at any time, it was NOT classified knowledge, the simple fact that TRUMP was never under FBI investigation!
Did the same Lefties on the forum, look into, and find the Truth about the Russian-Collusion Story? They could have! The information was always out there! Trump himself said that he was told he was not under investigation, and the usual suspects just ingored the comment. Comey himself publically said that Trump was not under FBI Russian Investigation, and Comey's comments were ignore... yet the MSM ate up the Anonymous sources!

I think your article and it's heading got filtered through the left's MSM filter.
As such, it arrived with a click worth teaser, but vaporized upon objective scrutiny.
Doesn't help to use the same rules the left and their MSM partners have adopted to control their followers.

Apparently a top Reagan Official, who committed a crime under Trumps nose, was arrested for Treason.
Thanks Vols! I would've never heard about this story if not for you. Another indication of Trump's incompetence. Keep up the good work exposing him and the corruption within his administration! Good job!

As far as I can tell, DOJ put out a statement (as of this moment) about 20 hours ago, and stories in the MSM started appearing 19 hours ago. And the odds of a reporter from WP or NYT seeing the article in the OP approaches 0%. So there's no evidence anywhere this fringe clickbait site pushed anything except a few clicks from partisan right wingers.

"ALEXANDRIA, Va. – A Leesburg man made his initial appearance in federal court today on charges that he transmitted Top Secret and Secret documents to an agent of the People’s Republic of China.
According to the affidavit in support of the criminal complaint, Kevin Patrick Mallory, 60, travelled to Shanghai in March and April and met with an individual (PRC1) he believes works for the People’s Republic of China Intelligence Service (PRCIS).
“The conduct alleged in this complaint is serious and should send a message to anyone who would consider violating the public’s trust and compromising our national security by disclosing classified information,” said Dana J. Boente, Acting Assistant Attorney General for National Security and the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.
“Kevin Mallory was previously entrusted with Top Secret clearance and therefore had access to classified information, which he allegedly shared and planned to continue sharing with representatives of a foreign government,” said Andrew W. Vale, Assistant Director in Charge of the FBI’s Washington Field Office. “Furthermore, he allegedly misled investigators in a voluntary interview about sharing of this classified information. The FBI will continue to investigate those individuals who put our national security at risk through unauthorized disclosures of information.”
During a voluntary interview with FBI agents on May 24, Mallory stated that PRC1 represented himself as working for a People’s Republic of China think tank, the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences (SASS). Since at least 2014, the FBI has assessed that Chinese intelligence officers have used SASS affiliation as cover identities.
Mallory told FBI agents he travelled to Shanghai separately in March and April to meet with PRC1 and PRC1’s boss. After Mallory consented to a review of a device he had been using to communicate with PRC1, FBI viewed a message from Mallory to PRC1 in which Mallory stated that he had blacked out security classification markings on documents transmitted to PRC1. Analysis of the device also revealed a handwritten index describing eight different documents. Four of the eight documents listed in the index were found stored on the device, with three being confirmed as containing classified information pertaining to the same U.S. government agency. One of those documents was classified TOP SECRET, while the remaining two documents were classified SECRET.
Mallory, a self-employed consultant with GlobalEx LLC, is a United States citizen who speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese. He has held numerous positions with various government agencies and several defense contractors. As required for his various government positions, Mallory obtained a Top Secret security clearance, which was active during various assignments during his career. Mallory’s security clearance was terminated in October 2012 when he left government service."

He was hired by Reagan and committed the act and was arrested during Trump. So, seems to me that this is entirely a Republican corruption issue. Are "You the People" going to investigate? Or are "You-the-People" going to play stupid partisan politics to hid Republican incompetence?
You seem unaware that the investigations are not over yet.
Face it you do not have all the facts. That is because the public does not have all the facts. Do not pretend to have facts that you do not have access too. You cannot assert that trump is innocent anymore than the Left cannot assert that Trump is guilty of collusion.
Or are you here trying to say that you are leaking privileged information?
