Extracting the more revealing data provided in the Report, we note a Presidential Approval Index rating of Negative 11:

The latest figures include 31% who Strongly Approve of the way Trump is performing and 42% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -11.

This poll appears to support the notion that out of likely voters, those who deem Trump incompetent significantly outnumber those who do not.

What say you.... Competent or Incompetent?

Lol. About as accurate as any other poll quoted on him. If I were to guess? I would give him a 40% or so rating. That's just me guessing that most republicans approve. And then there are those like me who aren't happy 100% with him. I really don't like him. But that's because I don't trust him.
