This is odd.

This memo was released tonight, and is making long time journalist scratch their heads.

It looks like it's anticipating a future event, which makes it even more spectacularly stupid because it's just called attention to it.

Rumors are that there will be a damaging tape released soon- probably by a foreign government that is an ally, that will be quite damaging to Trump.

Some are speculating it's the infamous 'pee tape', but who knows?

Virtually every "anonymous source" is identified by at least their country of origin, if not the organization they work for. This is major CYA.
