I don't watch Fox, but I don't think I've ever heard of them saying...about Obama...the kinds of things the Mainstream Media says about Trump and his associates. For example:

I haven't limited anything to MSM sources. I included them in with talking heads, useful idiots, comedians, etc. btw, Mika...from Morning Joe...IS Mainstream Media.

If moving the goalposts doesn't work, create an off-field diversion!

The articles your providing reinforce the point im going to make here.

People on the left are complaining that these monsters are not created by their ideology. I rect that notion based on their tactics. They teach hatred.

Hilliary called the right a bunch of deplorables and her supporters cheered. Grayson told congress that republicans wanted sick people to die. People agreed with him. When a minority gets shot its lauded as proof that the right hates minorities. On and on i could go with the personalized hate they teach.

There is a large segment of this country that is not content in just disagreeing. They want people on the right to be killed. You being dead is the only thing that will satisify them.

These people are planting the seeds for a 2nd civil war. This can turn very violent very fast if cooler heads dont prevail. People in the middle may find themselves in postion of being forced to pick a side.
