You have no idea at all what they may or may not have found at this point. The FBI doesn't release information like that in ongoing investigations.

The only thing partisan here is Republican recalcitrance to follow where the evidence leads.

The left will have a hard time succeeding in court without some concrete evidence. Sorry, they really do need a smoking gun and I doubt one exists.

Yawn. "The left" isn't what may one day take him to court. That would be the DOJ and the FBI.

No smoking gun needed whatsoever.
