His OP was spot on.
The gunman was also out to kill as many R's as possible.
You can read the title two ways, but if there is any question, he accurately quotes the Representative in the OP.

I understand why the attempted diversion though. It's a terrible story. And the Bernie Sanders supporter trying to kill masses of R's is tough to stomach.

That's why I am a former Leftist. I once believed virtually the entire palette of fare sold by the Demokrats. As I grew, asked and analyzed, I could see the massive holes in their logic.

I changed... because I was open-minded. I still am, but there hasn't been anything logical that would have me change back. Fact is, the Left has become crazy and dangerous in the pursuit of their goals. A shame for the country, and those sucked into the poisonous vortex.

When has a good guy with a gun ever worked out? Meaning a civilian. I know it fulfills a Byronesque hero syndrome, childish desires and fantasies but in the real world a heavily armed population is risky.

Had there not been good guys with guns, the chances are all of them, or close to all would be dead.

If Congressmen had firearms with them, and there was no security detail, those guns would have helped save lives.

A disarmed population is risky. You ever heard of the Communists? You know how many 10's of millions died because the entire population was disarmed?

I detest the march towards cultural pandemonium that we are headed towards. It's sad to think kids may be raised in an environment where GOP and DEM are used as slurs against one another.
