Except it LITERALLY defines the nature of the materials involved...all the materials. Its like you look at the document, see it, but say...**** it...Im sticking with my lie.

I swear...for all the **** you people attribute to Trump and his nature......

its a little more complicated, the use of the word unauthorized is subject to interpretation.
 
Also memos were drafted on a FBI secured laptop , in his capacity as FBI director, with info he obtained by virtue of his position as an FBI employee...which makes them property of the FBI and US Government

Comey can't unilaterally decide it was "his own" document (in form of a private citizen) when the conversation happened between POTUS and FBI director, not between Trump (person) and Comey (person). What sort of mental gymnastics do you need to perform to seriously believe the memos are not FBI property?
 
It would appear that Mr. Comey is going to Prison.

My fathers best friend since HS is now 75 and a retired FBI Agent of over 30 years, He told me Comey violated this and emailed me the above link

I am sure that Comey had checked to see the legality of doing what he did before doing it. He will not be charged with anything or be found to have done anything wrong.

He has navigated the world of federal politics regarding law enforcement for decades and survived, he will not have risked it by creating and releasing a memo.
