The bright side of the public hearings of the last two days are that the spotlight has illuminated the AARP and older people who represent the American people. We need an influx of younger, sharper folks to see to our interests in Washington. There is no way they these geezers are a representative slice of America. Get to the polls!

Going to the polls is really a small part of the problem.

Take 2016. It was an election between two old geezers that didn't give a crap about America or the interests of it's citizens. Both ego maniacs wanted the title and the power to help their friends make lots of money. No matter how many votes got cast we are stuck with an old geezer. So many congressional geezers run unopposed in the primaries and represent locked down districts. Voter turn out doesn't change that.

Young folks need to pull their heads out their ass and work for change years out from an election, not just wake up 10 min early and vote fur whomever parents said to or who they think may get them laid

The age of an elected official isn't the important issue. The CHARACTER of an elected official is.
