Here's a Thought: The Donald J. Trump Library

I realize your post was a humorous quip - and I like it - but I think it hits the nail on the head. Trump has an obvious personality disorder being an extreme narcissist. He has an obsession with what he terms WINNING and believes that he himself can do no wrong. He obviously views himself in the mold of the superior man - the superhero if you will. Sadly, if you drew a line that is a continuum with Batman on one end and the evil Joker on the opposite end, Trump would be far far closer to the Joker than Batman. The Joker is mentally disturbed as is Trump. The Joker is a figure of chaos as is Trump. The Joker uses people like kleenex and throws them away when he is finished with them as does Trump. The Joker knows no law or moral code besides what is good for himself as does Trump. They are both abusive bullies who view themselves as above the law.

And they both have really weird hair.

Comic books --- yeah - that fits Trump to a tee.

Trump "views himself in the mold of the superior man", is well said, I think, but his incessant need for reassurance is a need the superior man wouldn't have. So I think the other side of this self image is
fear that he is fooling himself, and everyone else. The idolatry he gets at his rallies seems to be why he keeps holding them even after the election. The rallies tell him maybe he really is the superior man, or at worse, that the fooling is still working. Think about what would happen to him if he went to a rally and the crowd booed.

Very cleverly done! Veiled shots and all. The President's reading habits are well documented. There are way too many for me to post any links here. Search:Trump/Reading. My post was noting that I found it ironic that a low volume reader would have to think about building a Presidential Library. Sorry if the irony was lost on you, maybe a disclaimer next time?

It has been well documented that Trump has a very short attention span. Such does not lend itself to reading much in the way of serious books. Now, if you wish to include reading the National Inquirer as a form of Trump "reading material", then I will whole heartedly agree.

He has to have to worlds most fragile ego. Hence all of the "glowing" admiration that he requires from his subordinates. References to Trump are always laced with tons of colorful adjectives describing his many qualities. The funny thing is that Trump has no idea how much laughing goes on behind his back.

His deteriorating mental state is starting to show more and more with his incoherent and misinterpreted tweets.

Maybe I check up on more fora daily than you do. Maybe I read reports every single day and notice more than you do. And maybe you should click on multiple sections of the board and see how many daily stupid threads are begun on Trump, particularly by a handful of people. Every. Single. Day.

Even an obsession, you might say. Considering the object of this obsession is mentally and emotionally unstable and has at his fingertips the power to blow us all to kingdom come, it's not a difficult obsession to understand.

Well now that he has been President, what will his Presidential Library be filled with? He is such an avid reader and all.........

If true to form, it would be filled with books that do not each exceed a 200 word vocabulary. That way, Trump can show his expansive vocabulary by his library of his own writings and, within each book or novel, his limitation of a 200 word vocabulary, show his Zen. Immaculate.
