“At least 7 dead and 48 wounded in terror attack and Mayor of London says there is ‘no reason to be alarmed!’” wrote Trump on Sunday morning, part of a string of tweets about the attack.

What the mayor actually said:

“Londoners will see an increased police presence today and over the course of the next few days — no reason to be alarmed,” said Khan. “One of the things police and all of us need to do is make sure we’re as safe as we possibly can be.”

“He has more important things to do than respond to Donald Trump’s ill-informed tweet that deliberately takes out of context his remarks urging Londoners not to be alarmed when they saw more police — including armed officers — on the streets.”

The dishonesty Trump displayed in the selective editing is another link in the chain demonstrating what a pathetic scumbag he is.
 
It's obviously very personal for Trump and his family who have been going after Khan for a while now. Shame he can't put his personal feelings to one side and support the city of London

Trump will never let a petty squabble go.
 
The idea is ridiculous that the mayor would issue a public statement advising his constituents not to be alarmed about murder in the streets. A Trump tweetstorm knows no bounds, however. And now the little Trumpkins are joining in for the one and only reason that their puppeteer is pulling their strings; otherwise the attack on the mayor would have seemed as ridiculous to them as it does to everyone else.

In a previous thread there emerged a consensus of Trumpers that Overlord Trump was "telling it like it is" and "speaking plainly". Next time they post I'll be sure to take parts of their arguments and then just say I was "telling it like it is" and "speaking plainly"

Yep one more the media have something to whip up a storm without anything of interest having happened, playing into Putin's hand. You couldn't be helping the enemies of our country, if y'all were being paid by Putin to do it.

Which has nothing at all to do with the Mayor of London telling people not to be alarmed by the armed police they are seeing in the street.
