How much do you hate Trump? And as a human or a politician?

Do you hate his policies alone? Or do you hate him as a person, and see him as undeserving of any empathy or humanity?

Would you feel better if he got a heart attack or a stroke? And even if you don't believe in wishing that on him, would you react to it compassionately? Would you be happy about it and celebrate? Or would you just feel nothing as you have no empathy for him either way.
Is there not enough hate for you to celebrate death but also not enough empathy for you to feel bad? Or would you forget about Trump and look at the well-being of the nation?
That doesn't mean you'd be happy if he died because you want him to die, but you'd be happy that someone else would be president.
And how would you react to those greiving for him?
Would you be like, "Ha ha!!! In your face Trump voters" Maybe throw in a couple Nelson laughs.

I think, as a guess, 80% of liberals would be happy. And at least 60% would rub it in the faces of Trump supporters

One of the reasons I didn't take offense to Kathy Griffin's picture is because I'm just devoid of empathy for him.
Like if it were a real life picture and not a work of fiction, I wouldn't care.
I don't hate President Donald J. Trump as much as I hate Donald J. Trump, the person. I like his policies more than I like him as a human being

I'm not calling for violence, don't misunderstand. However, I just feel like if he slipped in the shower, broke his neck and died, it'd put a smile on my face.
And you know what?
Maybe that makes me a bad person.
But personally I don't think I'd take joy in his passing, but I would take joy in the country getting a second chance

Trump is more a symptom of a problem then the problem itself.

If our nation and political parties was working correctly he would had not gotten anywhere near the oval office except as a visitor.

I fear that Trump might be the beginning of having such men in power not just a crazy outrider to the norms.

footnote take a good look at who would be president if Trump for whatever reason did not finish his term.

Get help.

I'm just being inquisitive.
One of the reasons is because I'm curious how many people feel that way.
I'm fascinated by empathy because of how sensitive and variable it is. And I think if there's one person who can make a ton of Americans abandon their empathy it's Trump.

Be realistic? If Trump ended up getting cancer, how many Americans would take to the streets to celebrate.. not even because they're happy, but to make a point. Or to get under the skin of Trump supporters.
I think you'd see some big crowds.
Remember the guy with the "Rape Melania" sign? I think that's a good indication of how Americans feel. A lot of people hate Trump so much that they wish ill will upon his family and not just him.

America is so angry right now, that if Trump died, it wouldn't be enough to satisfy the left

I don't hate. I don't have anything against Trump, but I do wish he would have stayed with his reality TV show. I didn't think Trump belonged in the Oval Office, but I didn't think Hillary Clinton did either. Since I deemed regardless of who won would be very harmful to this nation, I voted third party. In other words, I let you folks decide which one of these candidate you wanted to harm this country of ours. I didn't hate either one, just like I don't hate Trump now. I just didn't want either one occupying the White House. Apparently enough others did and Trump won.

But that is no reason to hate.

It's apparent, given the number of threads floating around echoing the same message, the asylum has issued passes to many of it's residents today.

Well, you live in California.
Imagine the size of the crowd of celebrators in the streets chanting "Thank God he's dead".
Imagine how many celebrities would get on TV and be like, "Good, I'm glad he's gone" and how many people will retweet and say "Hey, you go!!"

I think for at least a week, it would be the biggest liberal circle jerk of all time... But after that, people would end up craving someone to hate as much as they did Trump

Did you ever condemn the effigy hangings and burnings of Obama? Yes or no? I don't, of course, expect you to be brave enough to answer that.

That said, you've no standing to accuse anyone here of being crazy.

I don't think rump is even that bad a politician. I think people, on both sides, aren't working wih him enough.

I hate Trump for his comments on the Central Park 5 and his appointment of Jeff Sessions (Who I can 100% say deserves to die, unapolegetically)

Well, maybe we're all crazy... Cause if Obama had a heart attack, the first thing conservatives would do is make rascist jokes about him eatin too much fried chicken and laugh. Not just at Obama, but at Obama's family as well.
I remember as a kid, growing up in an evangelical Christian school, other students would be like, "I wish I could shoot him" and called him the "Anti-christ".
I met a lot of "Christians" who wished for Obama's death. They were kids, so it's normal for them to feel that way about politics.

But hey, I was happy when I heard the news that Margret Thatcher died. And expect some major parties and celebratory marches in the US when Goerge Bush dies

LOL it seems that passes are also now being issue to those who wish to run for office including the presidency in the case of Trump at least.

You're probably right. Hillary did get all of her popular vote margin of victory from California, so your prediction would likely be true.

Well let's see.

You asked a question, and then answered it yourself, including an insult.

Only someone at least half a bubble off balance would do such a thing. So, I'll let the evidence speak for itself.

Why the personal attack? If you think he or anyone else defended any of that crap, put forth your evidence.

But he was elected President of the United States.

I don't think that Irredeemably Deplorable thing went down well with voters, so I'm surprised people want to add, "voted for an insane candidate" to the insults that lost the election for the liberal/socialist progressive candidate.

That's right...take a big dump on tens of millions of your fellow Americans...and refuse to assign responsibility for their crimes to the two major parties.....both of which could not beat trump, one of which tried to coronate Hillary.

So your answer is "no", I take it, which makes you a hypocrite. DP has no smiley for hypocrites, alas.

And LOL at your whining about personal attacks after you called the opposition here "crazy".

You contradict yourself. It is obvious you are a student because your "essay" is juvenile. I weep for the future.

And you think inventing an answer a second time indicates what? Sanity?

I don't think I should be poking at the hornets nest, so I'll leave you to your evening.

:peace

You're probably right. Hillary did get all of her popular vote margin of victory from California, so your prediction would likely be true.

Then again, I knew a lot of folks who would react the same way if something happened to Obama.

It's kind of like with cops. We expect them to perform their job perfectly like robots ,and if they **** up, they deserve to die

It indicates that I've caught you acting like a hypocrite and you know it.

I don't think I should be poking at the hornets nest, so I'll leave you to your evening.

Aaaaand so it stands, you are in no credible position to judge anyone else's sanity. But you are in a position to act all offended when you get told this, of course.

We expect cops to be fair. They have guns and the unusual right to go around killing people and stripping them of their freedom... yeah, an extra high level of fairness is expected of them. With great power comes great responsibility, and all that. The punishment a police officer should face should be proportional to their level of failure.

This is not who we are.

You sure about that?
It seems like we've been like this since the Bush years.
Not just for politicians, but police or military. We expect them to handle their job as if they were machines, and let's say a soldier snaps after seeing his friends die, and pisses on the terroist who killed them.
Well, now they're bad people for not being able to handle their emotionless robot. Just like if you go up to a cop and talk **** and bitch slap them, we want them to handle it like a robot, and if they can't, and they hit back, they're bad pople.

We've been ****ty like this for a long time.

White people get in fights with cops - even bringing guns into police stations, no less (see: the recent incident in Dearborn, Michigan) - and the cops seem to be able to routinely handle that without killing anyone. Meanwhile cops shoot black people just for pulling out wallets. Your opinion on that?
