2/3 of that list may soon apply to Trump as well. His downfall is nigh.

The best bit is that Trump is POTUS, and the investigations are closing in, fast.

Hillary is irrelevant to anything now.

You're going to have a very, very hard year.

Yeah, closing in fast on absolutely nothing.

Feel free to keep up the narrative though, which is wholly based on butt-hurt at having your perceptions ruined by his election. Completely fueled by intentional misrepresentations, false assumptions, innuendo, unsupported anonymous sources, guilt by association, and the periodic social faux pas the President is subject to.

You can add to your list: misogyny and white supremacy (though the latter was mostly from her aides)

But in her recent interview by New York magazine she added voter suppression via voter I.D. laws that greatly diminished the turn out in Wisconsin. There's no proof of that whatsoever but maybe 200,000 illegals in Wisconsin that she was counting on were unable to vote?

Umm...no.

Comey is going to testify to the Senate Intelligence Committee next week about Trump's interference in the investigation. It should be fun.

Oh...and his son in law, Jarod Kuchner lied on his security clearance application...which is a felony. So he might be going to prison sooner rather than later.

Also...it was just discovered that Jeff Sessions lied more than previously thought about his contact with the Russians....so he's one foot out the door, too.

Poor Trump... his little circle is getting smaller and smaller...and fewer and fewer people are willing to work for him because "they don't want their reputations ruined."

More unnamed anonymous sources?

One more. Using a perv's laptop for a destination of secret emails discussing influence peddling. "For another million, we throw in a case of visa's".

How about being schooled on the law:

(Forgive the YouTube source, I only selected it because it has three CNN interviews with Alan Dershowitz that exemplify all the points showing how ridiculous this witch-hunt is.)

Indicating they both "lied" is one interpretation. It has yet to be proven that either man acted intentionally to cover these contacts up, and it remains to be seen what the actual purpose of such contacts were.

In the case of Sessions, what evidence is there the meetings had to do with hacking, collusion, or any other Non-Senatorial function?

As for Kuchner? Again, what evidence is there it was an omission with the intent to hide collusion, rather than simply a normal contact that many foreign and also American special interests seek when they think someone is a viable candidate for high office?

I don't know why Dershowitz is so clueless because I had no problem finding a law to charge Kushner with. It was written in bold letters on the security clearance form that Kushner signed...

"...The U.S. Criminal Code (title 18, section 1001) provides that knowingly falsifying or concealing a material fact is a felony which may result in fines and/or up to five (5) years imprisonment. In addition, Federal agencies generally fire, do not grant a security clearance, or disqualify individuals who have materially and deliberately falsified these forms, and this remains a part of the permanent record for future placements....

The security clearance background investigation process falls under federal guidelines, therefore any criminal charges must be filed in a Federal District Court by the charging agency. If convicted, the criminal penalties include fines of up to $10,000 and/or imprisonment up to five years...."

Lying on his security clearance form shows a willful intent to deceive about his contacts with the Russians...and that's why Kushner is being investigated by the FBI.

Lying on his security clearance form shows a willful intent to deceive about his contacts with the Russians...and that's why Kushner is being investigated by the FBI.

(Sigh) There goes that "lying" allegation again.

From the original New York Time's article:

While officials can lose access to intelligence, or worse, for failing to disclose foreign contacts, the forms are often amended to address lapses. Jamie Gorelick, Mr. Kushner’s lawyer, said that the questionnaire was submitted prematurely on Jan. 18, and that the next day, Mr. Kushner’s office told the F.B.I. that he would provide supplemental information...

...Clearance holders are often allowed to amend disclosure forms and avoid punishment if omissions are deemed oversights rather than deliberate falsifications, and prosecutions are rare.
https://www.nytimes.com/2017/04/06/us/politics/jared-kushner-russians-security-clearance.html?_r=1

The issue is "knowingly falsifying" which has yet to be shown. Also, a question we don't see being addressed is whether or not an amended form was ever submitted, since according to his attorney the FBI was told on January 19th or 20th that one would be provided.

What Mr. Dershowitz is talking about is the fact that the investigation was started over allegations of collusion with the Russians intending to somehow undermine the national election process. This was one of the several allegations raised after the "upset" results, along with miscounts, voter fraud, etc. What is the Statute concerning such "collusion?"

His point is that the investigation was started with the intent of FINDING something...anything to support the allegations and undermine/impeach the President. Hence his reference to the Stalinist "show me the man and I'll find you the crime" at 2:27 in the video.

You pretend to yourself whatever you have to in order not to face reality; it won't change a thing.

Thanks for admitting that you're not only totally unfamiliar with the details and developments in the Russia probe, but that you're also deathly afraid of them.

Good luck with your magical thinking!

The smart way for the democrats to hash this stuff out would be in the back room but they are not smart.

Given the left's obsession with rumor and innuendo, I've concluded that Soap Operas survive on television completely on the viewing habits of the political left. You guys are a hoot. Hey, I hear that Huma has reconciled with the Wiener, who is Chelsea's biological father. Why, that would make Hillary guilty of having sex with a two year old or something. Impeach her. Oh, wait...

And what about the left's rule that man made climate change is responsible for everything bad. Man... She can't even sing from her own party's hymnal.

I didn't go back to look, but is climate change on her list of things to blame? If it isn't, given that the Paris Accord dominates the news today, I'm pretty sure it will be soon.

You pretend to yourself whatever you have to in order not to face reality; it won't change a thing.

There is only one reality and that reality is that no one has been charged with anything and they so far don't have anything to do so.

Hillary is irrelevant to anything now.

You're going to have a very, very hard year.

Any names or proof of anything yet? How about a source with a name?

You finally agree that there is nothing there. Good.

No, I haven't. Why be so dishonest like that? It's only tripped you up in the past.

There are ongoing investigations, there are FISA warrants, there are persons of interest, subpoenas, etc....

Good of you to admit yet again that you have no interest in rational discourse.

Dishonest? I clearly stated no one has been charged and there has not been anything found to do so. You agreed with that statement. Now you want to back out of it? Lol, OK, fine.

There are ongoing investigations, there are FISA warrants, there are persons of interest, subpoenas, etc....

Good of you to admit yet again that you have no interest in rational discourse.

Yes, there are investigations going on but as of yet there isn't evidence of a crime or a person would be charged.
