Dems and Gop can't agree on crap and independents have no power.

Should states just become their own nations at this point?

Winter is coming Americans and the president wants a fight.

Well bring it on. At this point the gop would rather support Russia then respect the views of a democratic. And the Dems just think the gop are weird buch of liars. And us independents have no power therefore history shows us there is going be a fight.

And to the Victor goes the spoils. Hope you happy grand OLD party.

That wouldn't happen. When the blue states had to purchase all the fuel, and most of the food from the red states, that money dynamic we have would change an awful lot.

Might want to google where most of the food we eats come from. Hint, It's ****ing California. Hint, California is a blue state. Hint, California also big oil producer.

Let's just drop the hints.

Your post is wishful thinking. Red states have Corn and Beans subsidized by the farm bill. Most of which is not for human consumption. Without the Blue States, that farm bill goes by by. And then farmers in red states will have to price their crops on what it costs to produce. Which means, they would actually have to compete with Mexico again. The place where corn was invented.

Me, I build hydroponic factories in cold climates to feed a region the size of Nebraska. I could easily build them in blue states to cover the loss of Corn and beans from red states...

So, good luck with that famine.

It's all just a bunch of bull****. Dems still weak... Independents have no power and the GOP still lying assholes...

Surely the time has come for states to become their own nations.

1. No, the time has NOT yet come.

2. IMHO, the time WILL come for such a move in about 50 years' time.

Have a nice day!

No, The States are much stronger if we stick together. We just need a way to weed out the extremists on both sides.

Ah, the centrist ideologues. Police and criminals, equally guilty and if you disagree you're partisan!

But do we really need two Dakota's?

Yes, we need them having four Senators while California and New York get two. Because Republicans care about democracy and votes being equal. So let's not just give those 1.5 million people twice the voice in the Senate as the 40 million of California - let's give them extra electors for president, also.

The left/right corruption has permeated the states as badly as the fed. The fact of the matter is that the voting populace bears at least as much of the blame as do the two major parties.

And if the state of current US politics offends you...maybe you would be well served examining what role you and your voting has played in it.

Hardly. Just common sense.

Since you don't show your location, can your State survive on its own as a country?

Surely the time has come for states to become their own nations. Surely the thought of the United States has failed.
The left and the right can't agree on basic stuff anymore. And those who claim the middle has zero power to make any impact. Are you not tire of hearing the other side opinions they think your wrong you think they wrong both sides thinks the other side is lying let's just break up already.

Instead, they should eliminate the political parties. That way your elected official are making decisions that benefit the people and not their party.

Yes, centrist ideologue. And are you kidding?

California. We carry the country. I think we'd be fine, as about the 6th largest economy in the world.
