Police arrested Sampat weeks ago for burglarizing the Rockaways home of a 37-year-old woman he knew on April 9 and on April 30. During the second alleged break-in, he vandalized the apartment by spraying white paint on the walls and furniture, according to court papers.

SJW have a lot in common with illegal immigrants who want to destroy and vandalize. For what other reason do you think they fight hardest for the ones who have committed felonies?

If the family wants to stay with the criminal, they have that right. Might have to take a later plane though.

Its nice to see that ICE didn't cave. ICE should send have him serve out a prison sentence before giving him a free trip home.That might motivate him to not try to sneak back into the country.

I get it if she didn't know the guy had commited those crimes. Obviously illegal immigrants who rob and commit other violent crimes should be priority targets for ICE. But the families and friends of many criminals aren't aware of their criminal deeds.

I don't know if that was the case here.

Yeah, that is the flip side of the recent conflicts between ICE and local authorities. Sometimes ICE deports criminals before they are held accountable for their crimes.

I don't know how I'd react to plain clothes people grabbing and tossing someone into the back of an unmarked minivan.

Most of the time when I seen people argue for sanctuary polices its not so that the criminal can pay for their offenses instead of immediately being sent home.Nor are those who push for sanctuary city policies wanting ICE to deport these people after they serve their sentence. They usually spew some malarkey over how illegals will be afraid to report crimes to cops and how no one is illegal.
