Hmm...5 million new Trump followers hopped on Twitter within the past few days. I smell a rat...or should I say, an army of Russian Bots.

According to numerous reports, Donald Trump's Twitter account has grown by 5 million followers in the last three days. Previously, Trump's Twitter growth was relatively steady. So it's interesting to see such dramatic growth over such a short period of time. But what's more interesting is the fact that the vast majority of these new followers are bots - fake computerized followers. So what's going on?

...Trump currently has 14.8 million fake followers, according to Twitteraudit.com.

So what could be the reasoning for this giant surge in Twitter followers?

Trump's war room team may be using the additional bot followers to trick the Twitter algorithm into trending/promoting Trump's messages. In fact, we are starting to see a bit of that with Trump's messages over the past several hours.

Wow. I can truly sleep soundly now that I know there are "bots" following Trump's Twitter account. Wow.

Now if we can just shut up the Anti-Trump bots.
