New revelations have surfaced that the Obama administration abused intelligence during the election by launching a massive domestic-spy campaign that included snooping on Trump officials.The irony is mind-boggling: Targeting political opposition is long a technique of police states like Russia, which Team Obama has loudly condemned for allegedly using its own intelligence agencies to hack into our election.
The revelations, as well as testimony this week from former Obama intel officials, show the extent to which the Obama administration politicized and weaponized intelligence against Americans.

Last April, Obama's NSA even acknowledged its own mass violation to FISA and the NSAs own watchdog IG admitted to the court that the NSA had violated the minimization procedures on a far greater frequency than previously disclosed.

No wonder FISA called this " a very serious 4rth ammendment issue "

If the Obama administrations unmaskings were legit and focused around Russian intervention or a connection to Trump, then why did the NSA basically lie to the FISA courts ?

According to the NSAs own IG, the NSA underreported the number of minimization violations to the FISA courts by a substantial margin.

If an American gets snared in a trap laid by intelligence surveillance of foreign agents, I'm not going to cry about it. The only reason the Right doesn't like it is because Obama was Black and has a funny name. Otherwise they would agree that it is exactly the right thing to do...and, they would be defending it if it was Bush spying on coms between Leftists and Iran.

If its done within the confines of the law with a strict adherence to minimimation standards, then I dont have a problem with it either.

But thats not the issue, is it and spare me the race baiting drivel.

The issue is the NSA by their own admission greatly under reported minimization violations to the FISA courts and 1 out 20 or 5 percent of the NSAs searches of upstream data violated the safeguards Obama and his intel chiefs vowed to follow way back in 2011

Thats a 3 fold increase in searches on Americans and unmasking after Obama loosened the rules back in 2011.

Even the ACLU says these abuses are some of the most serious to ever be documented so no its not about Obama being black.

What you dont seem to have a problem with is a Democratic administration abusing its power for Political purposes. Im sure if the tables were turned you be screaming impeachment from the roof tops.
