Probably because saying that wouldn't be very helpful with diplomatic relations.

Because there are people all over the world have taken the term and turned it into something that is, for the people who support these acts, an admirable term. So Pres. Trump refused to use it and instead used a VERY derogatory term of "evil losers". I don't expect this FACT to overcome your spittle-spraying TDS hate, but maybe someone with an open mind will read it and actually stop and think.

How do you explain the FACT that most of these ACTS are from Citizens, both HOME and AWAY?

You may want to reconsider your statement, well, sort of statement, Its hard to discern any true meaning from such partisan hackery. The ordinance dropped on ISIS positions has increased 50% in the last one hundred days. Irrelevant of how he terms these soul-less barbarians he is making strides. If he manages to put this coalition together with our Arab allies it will be an important step in stabilizing and repairing the damage in the ME that our last ***** progressive president did.

But this man with all his faults (many) could cure cancer and you would whine that Oncology doctors were out of work, we get it, stop spamming/trolling.
