Joe Lieberman? WTF?

I like Joe. But there's a lot of stuff making his appointment problematic, given the circumstances.

Why do you always talk about how old posters are, like that gives you a leg up on them? Since I was old enough to vote against the crook Nixon in 1972, I've seen your GOP become the party of the racist southern strategy.

Along with voter suppression, raising the negatives of your opponents, divide and conquer, Citizens Divided 1.0/2.0, right-wing social engineering, treasonous behavior of Nixon DURING the 1968 election.

And then the treasonous behavior of Reagan/Bush DURING the 1980 election, Iran-Contra and of course the catastrophe known as last decade with Bush/Cheney.

Now we have a childish chicken**** chickenhawk who calls POWs 'losers' and uses 'his military' to bump his approval ratings.

All of my older friends from Vietnam are dead, mostly in columbariums at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, where my 30-year Air Force Father is buried.

Remember these things the next time you try to pull age or rank with me. I've got plenty more where this post came from .

Your Dad was career Air Force? Cool, best thing I ever did was join up, I regret many things, my years in the military are not amongst them. Thank you for yours, and your fathers service.

It turns my stomach to see ol bone spurs sitting in the same chair as Ike, JFK, and Reagan.

How about dealing and judging a individual's comment instead of casting your fishnet over many other people?

Are you that locked into your talking points and pigeon holing?

Call me the sexist............... not the 40-45 percent of Americans. I can handle it, and you would have more credibility.

I wasn't calling republicans sexist, what i was doing was suggesting that republicans have been erroneously claiming that sexism is dead (i.e. that it's funny to laugh at Hillary when she claims sexism played a role in the election because sexism is dead or has magically reversed and actually helped her).

First grade at S. Ruislip USAF base the year after Sputnick; so math and science took over our schools. Ben Guerir Air Base until 1961--Travis USAF base until 1964--Willie Mays; Scott USAF base until 1966;

JAAP/APSA after that, where ironically those proving grounds are now the vast and incredibly growing Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery where Dad's buried .

Travis, small AF, it was my first duty assignment 85-87, I was 24yo and tracking and scheduling inspections on C-5's, briefing Chiefs and O-6's. I grew up fast, and got my butt chewed by a couple Chiefs, I would not change a thing. Core value of the AF, integrity. It's rather sad the CIC has zero of what is required of every Airman, enlisted and officer.
