I know a president can be impeached for obstruction of justice, but can he also be jailed if found guilty?

I don't think conviction during impeachment results in anything other than removal from office. My guess is in order to be jailed another trial would have to be held after removal from office. But I'm just guessing.

I suspect that a President would not be imprisoned. How was Agnew treated?

From memory of H.S. Civics class:

1] Impeachment is specific and exclusive to fitness for office (and subsequent removal).

2] Due process criminal proceeding (criminal court of law) is required for criminal sentencing.

Yes a president can....which is why Ford pardoned Nixon.

According to Comeys own under oath testimony it never happened(obstruction of justice)
