The presidency of Donald Trump is in the process of alerting us to a national emergency-the educated voting base of the Democratic Party is in desperate need of an intervention and possibly even a brain transplant. Armed with a college diploma that has about as much value as a participation trophy, those who can pass a company drug test are poised to live in the basements of their parent’s homes while they enter the workforce as entry-level stooges.

They do this saddled with borrowed debt that pays the freight to keep tenured educators in public sector unions the closet thing in nature to immovable objects. They will never see the tax-extracted benefits of their mentors because unlike them they will have to get real jobs.

The base of the Democratic Party realized a long time ago that college could be used as a tool for repetitive, unrelenting indoctrination much the same way as religious cults create automatic, susceptible apostles who lack the survival skills of healthy skepticism and simply act on implanted command.

We witnessed this in our last election. The losing candidate was caught red-handed committing espionage and destroying evidence to cover it up. The FBI director confirmed this and then inexplicably inserted the word “intentional” into his assessment. In other words, she did it but “unintentionally’. The educated Democratic voting population bought it overwhelmingly. They lacked the cognitive skills to reason that no criminal would ever be convicted of anything if they could just argue that they didn’t mean to do it. No prosecution so far-score one for bad education.

The Democratic establishment then resorted to McCarthyism ala Saul Alinsky, accusing the winner of conspiring with Communists to overthrow the election-with no proof of course. In the Pavlovian, habituated minds of educated Democrats this counterbalances the treachery of their losing contender and engenders a ready-made excuse for their inability to make sense of the real world. We can now expect a cartoon-like show trial for the sheep that will last for months taking the attention off the real traitor who is probably going to skate.

Tax-paying Americans sending their children to college need to come to grips with the fact that if Benedict Arnold had had the benefit of our modern educational system and the propagandizing media that supports it he would be hailed as a hero who didn’t “mean” to betray us. Let’s drain the swamp.

Did you go to college?

With "drain the swamp" you mean "close public colleges", "convict unintentional crime or both?

What a bizarre emotional tirade. I hope that helped get something out of your system.

I have a degree in electrical engineering. Why do you think that has as much value as a participation trophy? Are you that opposed to education and knowledge that you have to make such ridiculous and hyperbolic statements? You can't beat them on substance so you just insult being educated in general?

The people that whine the hardest about the evils of education are generally the ones who did the worst in school and have a wholly inadequate understanding of the world.

Nice post. Spot on. Now we will hear the left drone on about DJT having ketchup on his steak or two scoops of ice cream instead of one as a counter to your post. :)

a brit pretending to be a yankee is just silly

This what concocting your own rational gets you folks. People who do this actually believe themselves!

I'm a retired mechanical engineer. You are "trained" not educated. There is a fundamental difference-Doctor, Dentist, lawyer etc.

More mindless anti-anti-Trumpism.

If your school didn't educate you, which seems obvious based on your writing, then you went to a ****ty school or didn't apply yourself. I'm sorry you found your education so terrible that it had as much value as a participation trophy, but that doesn't apply to everyone and is ultimately your own fault.

Why is it always the old farts who gave us participation trophies talking **** about participation trophies. If those darn kids these days are so lazy and entitled as you say (and as every single generation since Plato has said about the following generation), then it's your goddamned fault for raising them that way. Their increasingly-expensive and deteriorating-in-quality education? That's your fault. Your generation did this. The ****ty job market that has all the millenials complaining? Yeah, you ****ed that up for them. Their school is more expensive than yours was by far, and pays off less than yours did by far, because of policies your generation created.

Take some ****in responsibility for screwing up the country for these kids, for the love of god.

This thread should end well.

I did a rewrite:

After witnessing a severely disabled elderly person being helped a long distance into a public facility because all the closest handicapped parking spaces are taken up by people who have no walking difficulties this becomes clear. The intended purpose of government love often devolves into a paradoxical obstacle for those who really need it and a choice spot for young, professional beneficiaries with a sticker.

If an observer points this out, the label of cruel and heartless is applied much like racist, xenophobe, sexist and homophobe are used to smear and silence those who call attention to the failures of group thought and the destruction it imparts on our culture. You see it apparently doesn’t matter where a road leads so long as it is paved with good intentions. Criticism of what the group believes is good is always bad.

We witnessed this in our last election. The losing government-love candidate was caught red-handed committing espionage and destroying evidence to cover it up. The FBI director confirmed this and then inexplicably inserted the word “intentional” into his assessment. In other words, she did it but “unintentionally”. She ostensibly was intending to do good but mistakenly perpetrated a criminal act that is clearly on the books for everyone else. The average citizen would already be behind bars.

Her honest mistake is now being remedied by the losing side’s use of McCarthyism to stigmatize the election winner as a traitor who cheated by colluding with an enemy. For those who may not know it this is right out of the handbook of Rules for Radicals which is an instruction manual to bring down a functioning society.

Get ready for a long show-trial special investigation that will surely bolster the right-headedness of the group thinkers. The real traitor will probably skate.

You've never been called a racist, xenophobe, sexist, or homophobe for pointing out a healthy person parking in a handicapped space. You lied to us.

Also, it's just fitting how you people blame everything on the government. Asshole parks in handicap's spot, and you really want to blame Hillary Goddamned Clinton. Personal responsibility is something you'll scream about but never actually have.
