Nancy Pelosi’s bizarre behavior is now reaching an international audience.

While leading a Congressional delegation to visit the Dalai Lama in Dharamsala, North India on Tuesday, the House Minority Leader was seen stuttering, repeating words, calling China “Tina,” and telling a joke that garnered laughs only from the Americans.

This woman is either suffering from too many intoxicants, prescribed drugs or from dementia. I always suspected the latter, early on.

Reminds me of another demented California Democrat who refuses to retire, even though she's 30 years past sane, Diane Feinstein. Feinstein was recorded telling reporters that she saw a spy helicopter spying on her while she was in her house. She also said that she caused the pilot to crash by making intense eye contact with him.

The problem with Pelosi is it's hard to get rid of her because her district is Whack-a-loon Central, sometimes known as "San Francisco".
