Russian State Media Get Access To White House Meeting While U.S. Press Kept Out | HuffPost

The Right would be losing its mind. But, of course, since one of their own did it, they will defend it. Let's watch them do just that.

I might be wrong, but I had underdtood that Lavrov had pulled a fast one on Trump. But the man is totally inexperienced and out of his area of capabilities. We knew that, when we put him in office. Now we are paying the price for our carelessness.

More lies from the alt-left media and the boiler rooms that spread them.

There's a story floating around multiple news agencies and Twitter that the White House deliberately kept U.S. press out of President Trump's meeting today with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Ambassador Sergey Kislyak while allowing Russian reporters to sit in.

According to the pool report, which cites a White House official, the meeting was closed press but official photographers for the White House and the Russian government were present. From reporter Jordan Fabian (bolding is mine):

I've received multiple questions from my colleagues in the press corps about who was allowed into this morning's meeting with President Trump and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

The questions arose in part because TASS, the Russian state-owned news agency, published photos from the meeting, even though it was closed to the press.

This was the White House's response when I asked whether members of the Russian media were allowed into the meeting:

"On background, our official photographer and their official photographer were present, that's it."

So, let's see the alt-left defend their lie here....

How did that Russian camera get in here? Did my "extreme camera vetting" memo get stopped by some liberal judge? ;)

Translation: "Must. Defend. Trump."

Not only is Trump and his people liars, but they are also GROSSLY incompetent.

This is HILARIOUS!!

“They tricked us,” one official told Acosta about the Russians. “They lie.”

They trusted the Russians over the US media, and then whine about being 'tricked'. LOL. Trump did call the American media 'enemies', so I guess it really isn't too much of a stretch to think the Russian media would be Trump's friend. But now that the Russians lie, who does poor Trump turn to? LOL

What a comedy act.

More lies..So, let's see the alt-left defend their lie here....
So you're saying someone employed by Russian state-owned media WASN'T in the room and/or employees of American owned media were in the room?

If this was government official press then it is worse than I thought.Trump and company allowed what was sure to be spies into not only into the White House but into the oval office.

Of course he would. He wants state-run media like Putin has, and like he already has with Faux News

As always with Trump, you have two choices:
He and his administration are really this stupid
He and his administration are doing this **** on purpose

We don't have to even know which is true to know Trump is the worst thing to hit government since Nixon.
I think it's the former. They don't seem to be able to coordinate anything, even stuff they produce (firing Comey), messing it up in more ways than it seems realistically possible to mess up. How do you be this friendly with the RUssians right at that time, by your own choice, and then accidentally let them photo you/tweet. This guy is the head of our military and has the codes for nukes. Bat **** crazy world we live in.

It's a real skill this guy has to **** up everything, in every way imaginable, and the some. And then deny it all.

Jim Acosta @Acosta WH furious over Russian government photos of Trump meeting with Lavrov/Kislyak. "They tricked us," an official said of Russians "They lie."

Just getting wise to those Ruskies, eh, Donny?

Was it carelessness or was it that neither major party offered us a candidate that was worth dog do do? Remember come election day both major party candidates was seen negatively by approximately 65% of the people. When choosing being horrible and horrible, unwanted and unwanted, what do you do? 6% of Americans voted third party, that is four times the norm. Instead of being forced to choose between two candidates they didn't want as the next president. These folks, myself included, voted third party, voted for someone unknown, someone with no money or media exposure, someone with no name recognition, no idea what they stood for, completely unknowns with no chance of winning. The alternative of not doing so was too bad.

We have what we have because of the choices our two major political parties made. It is as simple as that.
