I'm not really up on our presidential history, but Carter comes to mind. The only one worse than him is Obama.

In your opinion they are blackhats. Never mind the president had nothing but praise for one of those "blackhats," Comey until he was investigating his campaign and asked to increase the scope of the investigation and more funds. Then he apparently had to go.

Most people haven't been taught about Carter, given the fixation in public schools on rewriting history regarding Reagan or any other Republican who has held the White House over the last 50 years.
