Emory University to pay ‘100 percent’ of the financial need of students

A program to be rolled out at Emory University this fall pledges to pay “100% of demonstrated financial need for undergraduate Undocumented Students (with or without DACA) who are admitted as first-year, first-degree-seeking students,” campus officials state online.
Emory, a highly ranked institution located in Georgia, costs about $50,000 annually in tuition and fees for American students and $70,000 for international students, the latter of whom are not afforded the same generous treatment as students in the country illegally.

Emory University should forfeit all federal funds. No student of Emory should be able from this point on to received federal grants or scholarships to attend their institution.

Emory also receives a half billion dollars in federal funding. A good place to start reducing the national debt.

The program is privately funded, no taxpayer dollars go to it.

I also don't care the slightest bit about providing education funds for undocumented immigrants. Go figure.

By the way, this program is not new. It was started in April 2015. Y'all and your outrage are a bit late to the party.

Federal funding for anyone violating federal law needs to go.
 
Mexican, Canadian, or Brit who follows the law and comes to Emory legally would pay $70k a year, while their brother, sister, or neighbor who came illegally could attend for free. No doubt liberals see nothing wrong with this picture.

I see many things wrong with this picture, I had to prove my citizenship to pay the Canadian rate instead of the international one. It is just a gigantic **** you to their American students but an even bigger one to their legal international students, they are basically staying they do not respect their students.

What do tax payers have to do with the actions of a private school? You have a tendency of posting what would normally be an OP worthy of discussion and then throw some off-the-wall inaccuracy into it that serves only as a distraction. I haven't yet determined if this is intentional or not.
